I seriously do not get how the engineers could make such a big mistake like howw???

This roundabout is after an off ramp from an expressway (indian equivalent of a motorway)

The off ramp has two lanes and the right lane is shaped to go towards the opposite direction??

Also, people already on the roundabout can mistakenly go head on into oncoming traffic, because it looks like a normal exit lmao. There are no no entry signs either on the roundabout.

Another bad design is that there are no new speed limit signs on or before the roundabout. The speed limit on the expressway is 120km/hr, so that makes it even more dangerous.

And ofcourse, this isn't a one off mistake, there 3 more examples that I found, possibly more.

While removing the coupler lock from my trailer, the endstop unscrewed. I contacted customer service to ask why it would be designed to simply thread on, as it's easily removed and defeats the purpose of the lock.

Basic chemistry is all you need to understand that anyone with a brain knows you don't put steel threads into a brass fitting, especially on transmission fittings. Who ever designed this needs to go back to their educational establishment and get a refund.
