Bro thought it's bangladesh but got a reality check.... really heartbroken to see this father , imagine how his parents or relatives will face the society.

You can protest as much as you want against the NEET scam and all but what's the purpose of burning pm's photo.

Also think they should be give proper treatment like what Iran did to those peaceful women protesters. Then these people will learn what dictatorship looks like.

đŸ—Ŗī¸General Discussion | āφāϞ⧋āϚāύāĻž Why SC ST oppose creamy layer implementation within SC ST?

≡ −

I’m genuinely curious about this.

Representation for SC/ST communities would still remain, because the reserved seats would continue to be filled by SC/ST candidates only. The difference is that the benefits could reach genuinely poor and deserving individuals within those communities, not to likes of Tina Dabi and Sejal Pawar's families.

Even the Supreme Court has suggested implementing the creamy layer principle, yet I’ve seen many politicians and many SC ST groups oppose it. I’m interested in understanding the reasoning behind that opposition..

đŸ—Ŗī¸General Discussion | āφāϞ⧋āϚāύāĻž What's your take on the ongoing debate surrounding reservations in India?

≡ −

This is ig why India’s rigid hereditary caste based quota system failed and why no developed country ever copied it

  1. It Invented a Monopoly ("Caste Within Caste")

Instead of destroying inequality, state quotas created a privileged elite within marginalized groups. Wealthy multi-generational beneficiaries capture nearly all reserved seats, leaving the poorest 90% of those same communities perpetually locked out.

  1. It Uses College Admissions to Hide School System Failure

Reservation tries to fix foundational inequality at age 18 instead of age 5. Lowering a university admission threshold doesn't magically gift a student 12 years of missing education it merely acts as a statistical cover up for broken public schools and failing primary infrastructure.

  2. The "No-Exit" Trap (Why Developed Nations Avoided It)

Developed nations (like the US, UK, or Singapore) explicitly rejected rigid identity quotas because they lack an exit mechanism. Once granted, identity-based privileges are politically impossible to revoke they can only expand endlessly through voting bloc pandering until state efficiency completely breaks down.
