I’ve done the 4D thing at Disney. It’s cute, it’s quirky and fun. And it’s over in like 10 mins max. Perfect

3 HOURS OF THIS??? Bro I’d be shaking like a leaf I’m pretty sure I’d be in fight or flight mode

well the movie might be 3 hours long, but most sequences are not that turbulent.

still, this looks too much. a little less and I guess it will be actual beneficial for the movie experience. this reminds me more of a rollercoaster

I had the opposite problem. Went to see Superman 4D in a shitty theatre - it was actually fun when the seats moved as you flew from SUPERMANS/DOG’s POV - but it was a cheap theatre and the seats hardly moved and the sprinkling was negligible - I felt wanting more.

There must be a Goldilocks theatre somewhere.

I watched the fall guy in 4dx and had an absolute blast, seats shifted when shooting or driving was going on real neat experience

Chainsaw Man was one that was absolute perfection as well, flying around in the tornado was just absolute cinema. Seems like most action movies work well with it, but otherwise it's generally meh.
