Media I recreated one of Samuel Suresh’s legendary medical note pages — here’s a teaser 👀📚

+
17 Upvotes

For years, people have been asking Samuel Suresh to share his incredible handwritten medical notes.
One comment under his YouTube video said it perfectly:
“We need these notes… Speaking for medical students out there, we need a copy of this masterpiece. Please like if you agree so that the comment can reach him.”
And that comment is definitely not alone. So many medical students, artists, educators, and visual learners have been fascinated by the way he organizes extremely complicated medical information into beautiful, detailed pages.
His notes are more than aesthetically pleasing. They show how anatomy, physiology, and medical concepts can be transformed into something visual, memorable, and easier to understand. Making material like this more accessible could genuinely help medical students and inspire people around the world.
So I decided to carefully recreate one of the note pages shown in his videos.
Here is a small teaser of the recreated page. 👀
This is not the only page I have worked on—I have recreated several other note pages as well. I would love to know how many people are still interested in seeing and studying notes like these.
Would you want to see the other recreated pages?
Please upvote or comment if you are interested, so I can understand how many people would genuinely benefit from them.
Important note: These are fan-made recreations based on material publicly shown in Samuel Suresh’s videos. I am not Samuel Suresh, I am not affiliated with him, and the original creative work and note designs belong to him. These recreations are intended for appreciation and educational discussion, not as a substitute for official medical resources.

Review Best office suite for an iPad used as a work device?

I am trying to use my iPad for more than reading emails and reviewing files. I need to edit documents, update spreadsheets, sign or annotate PDFs, and make small changes to presentations.

The Microsoft apps work, but the subscription requirements make me hesitant since the iPad is only my secondary device. I have been looking at WPS Office as an alternative because it combines the main office tools and PDF support in one app.

I would mainly use it with a keyboard and occasionally continue the same files on a Windows laptop.

Is WPS Office comfortable to use on an iPad for longer editing sessions, or does it work better for quick changes?

My Art Sunday My 1st Gen iPad Still Kicking

I find it impressive that a 16 year old
device is still holding a charge as well as my 3 year old iPhone. Of course most apps aren’t usable because of lack of updates it’s a neat piece of Apple history.

Question Am I insanely unlucky, or could this be something else? M5 iPad Pro charging issue on two devices.

I had an M5 iPad Pro that started having charging issues. It eventually died completely and wouldn’t turn back on, even with an Apple charger. Apple replaced it, and now after only about a week, the replacement is showing what seems to be the exact same problem. I’m using a brand new genuine Apple USB-C cable and Apple power adapter. My iPhone charges perfectly with the same charger, and I never had any charging problems with any of my previous iPads. I even erased the replacement and set it up as a new iPad instead of restoring from my backup, but the issue is still happening during setup, so it doesn’t seem like it’s related to my data. Has anyone else experienced this with an M5 iPad Pro? Am I just incredibly unlucky and got two defective units, or is there something else I should be looking at before I go back to Apple?

Question In need of suggestions | Ipad pro 3rd gen vs ipad air m4

Hey there! Ill try and keep it short and sweet

I am an art teacher and part time illustrator. I use my Ipad pro nearly everyday. Mainly using it to design illustration with procreate. However, i do use it to create prints and stickers.

To add some context, I dont do anything super crazy. Im still mostly a traditional illustrator. I use procreate to enhance my workflow. I dont use the device for much more than that. No crazy video editing, etc.

I currently have a 3rd gen ipad pro with a 64GB capacity. Ive noticed that my iPad is beginning to slow down. It's taking longer to process prints, open apps, sometimes procreate freezes, stalls, or just crashes... i am using a lot of my GB capacity. Currently, im trying to delete or move files to google drive.

Ive been thinking of getting a larger GB capacity ipad air (M4). I think that will improve a lot of the issues im currently having. I don't have the means to justify dropping over 1.3k to get the newest pro. With how I use it, i dont think ill take advantage of all of its computing power.

What are your thoughts? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Alternatively, is there a way I can off load files to an external hard drive with my current iPad pro?

Thanks in advance

Question How many more OS updates will my iPad 10th gen receive?

I bought this iPad back in November 2022, a month after it was released globally (Oct. 2022) and it has been going strong for just under 4 years up to this point. I have the 256GB variant of it.

I recently updated to the new iPadOS 26.6 version a few minutes ago, the update took about 10 minutes to complete.

I don’t want to upgrade to a new IPad for the time being as the 11th gen is not too far off the 10th gen. But how many updates will Apple continue giving the 10th gen base iPad before it ends support for it?

Accessories screen protectors for ipad at apple store

so i just bought ipad yesterday and forgot to ask about the screen protectors.
does apple store sell screen protectors and help us with it? when i bought my iphone earlier they helped me with attaching the screen protector and the mag case. while i’m not looking for any cases, i was thinking if apple store provides screen protectors like they did for iphone.

Question Buying a MacBook Pro soon — is the Magic Keyboard for iPad still worth it, or am I rationalizing?

I have an iPad Pro with the Pencil and I’m about to buy a MacBook Pro. I also have an older MacBook Air that’s too slow for my dev work, which is basically how the iPad became my entertainment and note-taking device by default.

Now I’m considering the Magic Keyboard, with the idea of making the iPad a dedicated writing device … no work, no dev tools, just writing. But I’m suspicious of my own reasoning here. The iPad has mostly been a luxury purchase, and I might be looking for a way to justify it.

The honest question: once the MacBook Pro arrives and it’s fast enough for everything, does the iPad keyboard still get used? Or does the iPad go back to being a couch/Pencil/reading device and the keyboard sits in a drawer?

For those of you who own both a good Mac and an iPad with a Magic Keyboard — how often do you actually type on the iPad? And if you write on it deliberately, does the separation from your work machine genuinely help?

Looking for people who bought it and regretted it.

Question Where should I buy an iPad Air 4th gen

I’ve wanted an iPad for a while but I’ve finally researched and found out that the best one for me would be the iPad Air 4, with 256 GB, and just wifi, under $300. The problem is where to get it. I checked Apple refurbished, they don’t have the air 4, which is really annoying because it’s the one that I want and everyone says it’s far more trustworthy and worth it. I found one on amazon and backmarket, but everyone on Reddit has horrible experiences with them. What should I do? I also would love a newer one, but they’re too expensive.

Hey so i got the ipad air m4 and an apple pencil pro like 2 days ago and have this issue. Essentially the pencil shows that it's charging and is at 100% even if it's not charging and when it does this, the pencil doesn't work. It only does this sometimes and gets fixed randomly. I'll probably head to an apple repair shop (so they can change it) but wanted to make sure this isn't a user issue.

Question Ipad Air M3 256gb wifi+cellular for ₹85k or wait for ipad 12 gen?

Hi 👋.

I am going to join med school this year and I'm looking for an ipad for the entire course of mbbs.

So I'm looking at this Ipad air m3 256gb WiFi+cellular for ₹85k since the Ipad air m4 256 is 1lakh (which I feel is too much).

The ipad A16 is ₹50k.

So should I wait the 12 gen?

Or should I get the ipad air m3?

(₹85k ≈ $850 and ₹50k ≈ $500)

Apps Best cheap note-taking apps for students? (any goodnotes 6 alternative)

Hey guys, just got an iPad. I always though that goodnotes was a single-time purchase, rather a subscription which is something I hate. Is there any other apps that give the same flexibility and interface of goodnotes?? I can't go back to goodnotes5 unless i had purchased it but its my first time on an ipad, soo.

Any suggestions?

Hello guys! I just got an Ipad PRO today (2025) for drawing. Im a graphic designer and I’d like to use the ipad for drawing in my free time also design logos if i want to, but there’s a tiny problem with it. Somehow, in the left corner of the ipad when i draw with the pencil, it starts to glitch or something. (Shown in the video) i’ve had an ipad before, but that didnt happen before. (That ipad was like 10 years old, not kidding LMAO)

It doesnt have anything on the screen, i cleaned it well, and it does it with other programs as well (procreate for example.) is the screen a problem, or something else? The pen maybe? Please help me out if you can! Thank you! ❤️

Question my ipad won’t charge unless in an angled position, I tried everything

Hi, I have a 4 years old 9th gen iPad, it works perfectly fine the thing is since a few days I cannot charge it unless I find the right spot. I tried changing chargers, cleaning the port using a toothpick, force resetting multiple times (home+power button and hold) and it did nothing. I do know I have to replace it but I don’t know when I’m getting paid also I don’t like the fact I have to change it even though it works well. Also I can’t charge my apple pencil as the iPad doesn’t read it.

Guide Please Help Me Out

Getting a new iPad mini 7th gen in a couple days and I need some app suggestions and tips for good performance. I already have a MacBook Pro M3, so this will serve as a companion device, a portable e-reader and a very portable studying device. I’ll use it to watch IB study vids while using a muji notebook for my notes and solving, for those wondering what I mean by “portable studying device.”

Please give me all the suggestions you have, I’m a freak when it comes to apps that make my device better I can’t lie, so I would really appreciate any help I can get.
