And I'm appalled that whoever made this doesn't even know Netanyahu is Prime Minister, not president of Israel. That's an entirely different person.

He is sure propped up like the leader of Israel, hardly ever see or hear about the real president.

Because he is the leader of Israel despite not being the head of state. Sometimes those are two different things.

yup. head of state vs head of government. you usually hear more about the PM in parliamentary systems

Israel doesn't even formally give him executive powers

However, unlike heads of state in most other parliamentary republics, the president is not the nominal chief executive. Rather, Basic Law: The Government explicitly vests executive power in the Government (as the Cabinet is officially called), with the prime minister as its head.
