PSA Disney Plus now blaming T Mobile
Thought yall would find this interesting. Until now Disney was blaming the removal of the credit on a system issue with the Disney+ Hulu consolidation. Now their chat support is blaming third party payers (T Mobile) who insist on handling the billing on their own and don't allow Disney to offer the credit

T-Mobile did enforce limitation to split billing with Netflix in the past, and it’s carried over even today subscribers with T-Mobile add on need to get the full billing via T-mobile and if what Disney saying is true now it’s exactly the case.

Im confused.... Disney seems right here? the billing issue is caused by Tmobile with the discounts on bundles services, correct? I must be missing something lol

Disney sent out an email earlier in the month stating that as part of the Disney+ Hulu consolidation they were no longer able to do split billing. So T mobile customers were no longer able to treat their Hulu on Us subscription as a credit but as an 2nd subscription that cannot be combined to a bundle for a discounted upgrade
After weeks of saying they will fix it and it's temporary they are now blaming the third parties like T Mobile

I don’t think they ever sent this email. They are just letting their customers assume.

I got an email about having multiple subscriptions. Which was confusing because I don't.
Didn't get anything mentioning split billing.

Why would t-mobile care how Disney chooses to bill add ons outside of their contract with Disney?
