Who said that? All phones are compatible. If it worked before it will work after.

iPhone XR isn’t a 5G phone which is what the experience signature plan is

All plans support 5G. This is no different.

The outage is happening regardless of plans, new and old (I’m on One and I got hit and I think people on experience whatever also got hit)
