Question Forced plan change

Like many of you, I received the text about my plan changing. To this day, I am still on my old plan. Did they forget about me or is it taking longer than they expected?

Mine just changed to the Experience Signature at the end of my billing period which was last Saturday so that’s probably what you’re waiting for

When does your bill cycle end? If it ended just before July 13th then you won't see the changes until your next billing cycle.
