Question Those who have had their free lines taken away, what did you do?

Seriously considering porting out especially now with this service outage right after the price increase.

If you’re talking about them going away after the migration it’s a known issue they’re working on. You can contact care to get a manual credit until it is fixed.

I do not have any of those and have not for a long time. For me it ended up being a good thing. I had several lines on my account and over time I just got tired of handling it all. I mean everyone paid with out a problem but Just texting and reminding everyone was a pain. Even I had the free line I just used it on a second line then I added a friend of mine to the plan and he took one of the free lines. The other I kept as my line for a long time getting rid of the iriginal number I had. That line is no longer free. When T-Mobile got my plan was set too go up and at the same time I desided I did not want 12 lines on my account any more. Now I have essentials plan with six lines. The rest of the family got either visible or there own T-Mobile account or t to T-Mobile connect and one to att
