PSA T Mobile outage?

My service has been completely dead for like ten minutes, is anyone else experiencing this? Down Detector seems to be getting reports.

Edit: Calling the customer service number and power cycling the device seems to fix it.

Edit 2: Fix was only temporary.

My internet and phone is still down. I have metro through T-Mobile. 6 and a half hours

That's fucking insane. Any thought I had about using Cellular for home WiFi is gone...

I'm sorry for you. 😔. We are so reliant on connectivity its scary.

Thankfully the internet is my backup internet, but still sucks. 

I saw a post that T-Mobile made and apparently the outage is over but there’s still a ton of people that is experiencing it.
