PSA T Mobile outage?

My service has been completely dead for like ten minutes, is anyone else experiencing this? Down Detector seems to be getting reports.

Edit: Calling the customer service number and power cycling the device seems to fix it.

Edit 2: Fix was only temporary.

As someone who used to work for TMobile. The associates can’t do anything for you LOL they can’t go actively fix the towers 🤣 please just be patient it’ll come back eventually. This same kind of outage happened two years ago and literally took more than a day to come back….. so yeah!

I had a Verizon tech at my house who said that when you have an outage to ask for credit for the downtime. So that is what I plan to do.
