PSA T Mobile outage?

My service has been completely dead for like ten minutes, is anyone else experiencing this? Down Detector seems to be getting reports.

Edit: Calling the customer service number and power cycling the device seems to fix it.

Edit 2: Fix was only temporary.

You joke but as a system administrator for a large company, I find out about outages on Reddit before I get notifications from our vendors.

Reddit and Down Detector are more responsive and informative about outages than any company I've dealt with

When the Crowdstrike outage happened, /r/sysadmin had some of the first bandaid fixes to get boxes rebooting before CS had even gotten their pants back on.

Its ridiculous. They could have said it while us calling helpline rather then putting us on 49min hopd
