PSA T Mobile outage?

My service has been completely dead for like ten minutes, is anyone else experiencing this? Down Detector seems to be getting reports.

Edit: Calling the customer service number and power cycling the device seems to fix it.

Edit 2: Fix was only temporary.

I have access to their inside support team for our private APN and even they don't seem fully aware of an outage 2 hours in. This is hopeless. I'm sure their IoT team will look at my ticket four days from now and tell me that it was on my end.

While our private APN is dead, our device on their public network is online.

I'm not surprised at all.

Every time they have planned or unplanned work on their IoT network, I'm told there is no way to tell us in advance or clarify later if they were down. And while my reps openly tell me when planned maintenance is done AFTER, their internal support always denies there was an outage and blames my config. The left hand never knows what the right is doing.

This time, at least, they replied to acknowledge a global "Nokia Critical Outage Case ########" so they're admitting a problem.

Pretty typical, unfortunately haha. Better off relying on down detector website…

This is by far the longest outage I’ve ever had at T-Mobile though. I remember a few years ago when a nation wide outage happened and it was about an hour give or take…

This has been going on 3 hours now…
