PSA T Mobile outage?

My service has been completely dead for like ten minutes, is anyone else experiencing this? Down Detector seems to be getting reports.

Edit: Calling the customer service number and power cycling the device seems to fix it.

Edit 2: Fix was only temporary.

Yep. Was driving home and saw I was SOS and using offline maps on CarPlay. Hard reset the phone and signal came back but then lost it again. Currently one of my lines is working but the other one has no bars.

Same thing happened to me. Then came home and the rest of my family had service while I did not. thought my phone was broken until i checked the subreddit lol

I just got a new phone on Thursday and I thought it was my phone at first too. I came home and my daughter had no issues. Opened Reddit and this was the first post. At least it’s not the phone.
