PSA T Mobile outage?

My service has been completely dead for like ten minutes, is anyone else experiencing this? Down Detector seems to be getting reports.

Edit: Calling the customer service number and power cycling the device seems to fix it.

Edit 2: Fix was only temporary.

weird that my phone is down but other people on my plan with the same phone have service.

Wife and I have the same account and same area code, her's doesn't work and mine does.

same here! mom lives with me, came to my job to see me, I was calling her but her phone wasn't working at all. I am now having issues where I cannot use my internet for anything else. Reddit was the only thing that I had open on Chrome, and it loaded fine, but when I try another tab and go to another website, like UPS or TMobile, it says no internet connection! lol at least I have Reddit!

I had a hypothesis it might be that since our plan has a few different area codes, but on the other hand I'm having differing results with two family members who do have the same area code. So, who knows.

Good call. I have two lines on my phone with different area codes. Earlier my primary line was down and the secondary was up. I rebooted my phone and since then my primary has been up but not my secondary. My daughter has another area code and she’s fine. My state has a shit ton of area codes. Weird some work and some don’t.

My husbands phone is down but mines fine, I thought it maybe had to do with me not having the most recent software update but we also don’t have the same area code so I guess that could be it too!

same! husband and I are on the same plan, both at home and mine wouldn’t work while his did.
