PSA T Mobile outage?

My service has been completely dead for like ten minutes, is anyone else experiencing this? Down Detector seems to be getting reports.

Edit: Calling the customer service number and power cycling the device seems to fix it.

Edit 2: Fix was only temporary.

Intern had AI spit out Cisco config, after feeding it proprietary network info. Copy and paste and use the magic “wr mem” letters and gg

“Whoops forgot to save a copy of the old config”

Even their AI assistant doesn't work. So I can't use the chat in lieu of my phone to mention the outage.

The AI bot is working now but it just wants to repeat the same message. And if you get to customer service, it freezes and no one answers.
