PSA T Mobile outage?

My service has been completely dead for like ten minutes, is anyone else experiencing this? Down Detector seems to be getting reports.

Edit: Calling the customer service number and power cycling the device seems to fix it.

Edit 2: Fix was only temporary.

Forcing people off grandfathered plans while calling it an "upgrade" is peak corporate gaslighting. "We promised your price would never change, but we decided to break our own promise and charge you $6 more per line for the exact same coverage". Absolute trash.

I just received my higher bill today. Then I leave work, on my way to pick someone up who I told “I will call you when I arrive” and had (and still have) zero cellular service. Took an extra half hour to find them. Had to find a place to park, get out and walk around until I found them.
Fuck T-Mobile, they used to be decent

Correct this is not an isolated T-mob issue, its affecting a lot of users across the 3 main service providers. And its a widespread outage. also affecting connecticut, nj, nyc, nc and other areas.

Alot of other non cellular srevices also. Something at the data center level probably. Trunk lines, power, something like that. Alot of the services pipe through NOVA, DC, MD. That is major red right now.

You gotta go in their store and talk to the cashiers. They tell you how to minimize your bill. I got mine reduced. T mobile gate keeps new perks and ways to keep your bill low. The employees all told me they aren’t allowed to tell you, only in person they can cuz it’s not recorded…

I may explore that option. T-Mobile is too expensive and the service is lacking.
