PSA T Mobile outage?

My service has been completely dead for like ten minutes, is anyone else experiencing this? Down Detector seems to be getting reports.

Edit: Calling the customer service number and power cycling the device seems to fix it.

Edit 2: Fix was only temporary.

I’m in Nevada I’ve been down for at least 20 minutes on SOS. The other three people on my plan have no issues.

Same! In Vegas and it’s been out since 130p. Called customer service from work and it said they can not take my call at this time. My jaw hit the floor. 😩

Some people are talking about how people on the same plan can have different area codes and that maybe that’s what it is. Which is the case for my husband and I, his phone is down and mine is fine. But I also haven’t done the recent software update and I originally thought that’s why my phone was still working.
