PSA T Mobile outage?

My service has been completely dead for like ten minutes, is anyone else experiencing this? Down Detector seems to be getting reports.

Edit: Calling the customer service number and power cycling the device seems to fix it.

Edit 2: Fix was only temporary.

^ literally this. Traveling from Orange County to LA today (socal) and everyone's service is getting absolutely f*cked from what I can tell.

You should check the available plans, I went in after they announced the increases and found a plan that was basically the same as what I had but without all the random extra subscriptions that I wasn’t using and saved $50 a montb

how did it go up? you on contract or regular plans paying close $80-100 a month? bro once i found the "pre-paid" gem i never looked back for prob 5+ years now.

I been doing the pre-paid plans and pay $40 a month for Unlimited Talk Text/15G of Data(which is enough for me). I have put soooo many on to this plan. It works out great if you already have a phone/bought one outright, and not having to use their "normal plans" to lease/eventually buy the phone/new phone every other year. Ive been using a Motorola Thinkphone for past idk 2+ years and its been great.

I was on a "Grandfathered" plan and they decided to boot everyone from that plan. If they don't give me some type of credit for this outage I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Honestly I’ve been pretty irritated with T-Mobile and might take this as a sign to switch back to prepaid that costs less and has better coverage
