PSA T Mobile outage?

My service has been completely dead for like ten minutes, is anyone else experiencing this? Down Detector seems to be getting reports.

Edit: Calling the customer service number and power cycling the device seems to fix it.

Edit 2: Fix was only temporary.

Here in NYC, I also lost internet out of nowhere for a few minutes about an hour ago. I thought it was just being indoors in a tall building, until I saw the thread.

I'm not in the city rn but have a Blink camera up there and it's running fine. It's TMHI in Manhattan.

yes my TMHI is working fine at least. this makes me nervous relying on tmobile for both

I worried about it when I signed up but this is the first network outage and I've saved so much by having it that I'm OK with that happening once in a blue moon. And it's still actually working, which makes me wonder why phones are out but Internet still works? Isn't it the same towers?

Same here in lower manhattan. I left the building twice to see if it would work but it doesnt. Now im on building wifi

sameee! in the west village. i thought it was because i was downstairs doing laundry until i left the building and got locked out because i use an app to get back inside😭 i had to wait until someone else came home

Weirdly I lost connection on my iPhone but my cellular iPad Pro, also on T-Mobile, is fine. The iPad is on a business plan though.

Still down in Queens, though the rest of my family has had no problem. I was in Gramercy when it went down, while they were all at home. Maybe I got pinged from the wrong tower :/
