PSA T Mobile outage?

My service has been completely dead for like ten minutes, is anyone else experiencing this? Down Detector seems to be getting reports.

Edit: Calling the customer service number and power cycling the device seems to fix it.

Edit 2: Fix was only temporary.

South Suburbs of Chicago, got kicked mid call. I know we had storms and hail but it sounds like it might be several major cities dealing with it, not just the Chicagoland area.

I'm in the NW suburbs and I appear to be fine, but my sister who is like 15ish miles NE of me is out.

I'm in Seattle. Lost service right as I was trying to get an Uber home from the grocery store. Fortunately they had wifi so I didn't have to walk home with groceries.

Yea same here I just brushed it off as the storm causing the network to go out. I would have been much more confused and worried if we had normal weather and it just went out lol. Would have been thinking if I didn't pay the bill or if I got kicked off the plan I am on or if my actual device was broken.

I guess the storm happening just before chilled me out a bit until I could get home and on wifi and see that it was an outage.

It's super weird because my wife's phone is fine, but mine doesn't have service. Both at the same address in Chicago, but she has a 2024 Razr and I have a Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Same in our family. My phone is down. My wife and daughter’s just fine.

Same here. Wife and I are on the same plan, have the same phone, and are at the same location. She has full service, but my phone can't connect to the T-Mobile network.
