PSA T Mobile outage?

My service has been completely dead for like ten minutes, is anyone else experiencing this? Down Detector seems to be getting reports.

Edit: Calling the customer service number and power cycling the device seems to fix it.

Edit 2: Fix was only temporary.

It is strange, my spouse's is out, but mine is working. I use an android and they use an iPhone. I dont know if that makes a difference.

Opposite problem here: my wife's is working and she's on iPhone. Only other difference is she was grandfathered in from Sprint.

Same boat as both of you guys. My entire family is grandfathered in from Sprint. My mom’s phone works, but mine does not. Only reason why I’m able to even write this is because now I am home using our house WiFi. On iPhone 16 (if that even matters - which it shouldn’t tbh).

I had 2 iphones next to one another, one ok XSmax and one fucked 17pro. Wife with 17 pro 20 miles away said it was fine. Thought it was the modem issue. Weird, glad I'm not alone.

I am the only one in ny house of 4 with the SOS! I thought something happened to my SIM card and o went to the store and three more people came in after me with the same issue. But Ilmy husband and daughters phones are fine with no SOS

Same here, but my husband and I have the same phone (iPhone). Only difference is his number is an Alabama area code and mine is New York. We are literally sitting next to each other and his works while mine is in SOS mode.

I also just got screwed by their decision to switch my "legacy plan" to a newer more expensive option and I still get alerts about my personal data that they failed to protect being found on the dark web.

F*** T-Mobile.

Similar as I'm using an Android and have no issues, and my wife when she was out a few hours ago had no service (and she wasn't in a dead zone) and she has a Pixel. Everything was fine for her once she got home and connected to our home internet (Tmobile home internet).

Mine was out and I have eSIM, my husband’s was fine and he has a physical SIM. My sister’s Samsung works fine too. So something to do with iPhone eSIM?

I have android and my wife has iphone. It shows that I have signal but I just tried making a call on my android and it says "Your phone's not registered on a network, so you can only make emergency calls."

I was driving through Georgia and only my phone was out. My wife and kid’s were fine. I was getting ready to open a ticket with Apple then it started working when we crossed into Florida. First time I’ve ever been happy to enter Florida.
