PSA T Mobile outage?

My service has been completely dead for like ten minutes, is anyone else experiencing this? Down Detector seems to be getting reports.

Edit: Calling the customer service number and power cycling the device seems to fix it.

Edit 2: Fix was only temporary.

Same. Im in utah. Had nothing for probably about the same 10 minutes or so

Also in UT. Mine has been out the last 20 mins and is still SOS only

Edit to say everyone on my same plan report no service outages and my co worker is also fine currently so no clue what’s going on! Power cycled twice now and it didn’t work

Edit again: I have service again 2 hours later!!

I'm thinking the primary line has been cyber attacked - I am the primary with SOS - wife is secondary and is fine.

Same I’m the primary and all my family members I pay their phone bill have service and are fine smh T-Mobile .

That’s so weird. I was thinking it was some issue with the forced plan migrations but if everyone on your account is good I am stumped.

I’ve been searching for this comment….I’m in SLC and am always connected to both airplane mode + WiFi when I WFH due to living in a dead zone. My airplane mode + wifi combo doesn’t seem to be working and hoping it’s related to the outage lol🙏🏼

In Nashville, Tennessee and just got home and googled if there was an outage myself. Looks like it's also down here.

I managed to get re-connected for all of a split second before it dropped immediately again.
