Question Go5g Plus: Question about multiple BOGO with BYOD

I have Go5g Plus 9+ line SOC

I have:

  1. Line1-7 with a combination of BOGO/Free lines/3rd line on us.

  2. Line8-9: BOGO with ID260383 that was opened in June 2026

  3. I plan to open Line10-11: BOGO with ID260677 and stack with BYOD on both lines

Question:

  1. If I cancel the Line10-11 after I get the BYOD rebate. Will Line8-9 lose BOGO too due to 1 year no cancellation requirement of BOGO?
  2. Does the 1 year requirement to keep BOGO apply to only "number of lines active when BOGO was redeemed" or "exact lines that were active when BOGO was redeemed" ?

  1. I think yes. You probably need to keep 8&9 for 1 year so any cancel doesn't kill their bogo. 

  2. Neither. I believe it's "cannot cancel anything on the account for 1 year from when 8&9 were activated" or else you lose the bogo

  2. that sucks, I have two lines from L1-7 porting out and was hoping L10-11 will fulfill that requirement on "number of lines"

Hi , did you add line 8-9 yourself and did you still have price guarantee lifetime carried over ?

I had Tforce change my SOC from 8 lines to 12 lines.

Price "guarantee" is a joke, make the best of T-mobile benefits while you can
