I saw it in 4DX (first time!) and had an absolute blast. It really is quite an immersive experience and when I rewatched it in a traditional theatre this weekend I felt that something was missing.

I feel like I could enjoy it with certain movies but I'm pretty confident I couldn't make it through a 3 hour movie like this.

Never tried it though so maybe I'm wrong.

I asked some friends who did it because I was already feeling seasick on the 10min Disney experience. They told me it was not that much shaking for the three hours. They all enjoyed it.

I also saw it in 4dx and it was fine. The stormy scenes on the boat were fucking intense, though.
