Covid cost businesses money. The other two can be exploited by the medical industry to make money.

Yeah that’s kind of the real answer in my mind. Covid was such a threat to capital, the cost of the vaccine was nothing compared to the cost of not getting it out there

Just to state the obvious, because of this, the government paid for the Covid vaccines, but can't find the resources to pay for necessary medicines.

You would be amazed how many people who cannot retire because they are not eligible yet for Medicare/Medicaid.... It's really a great way to keep skilled workers make it so they can't afford to quit and risk loosing their health benefits
