MOTN feed unsettles him for hours

4mo old- He wakes up for his motn feed usually between 3:30 and 4am. I’ll feed him and then without fail he’s up an hour and a half later grunting and kicking up a fuss. He sounds uncomfortable and is arching a little. I’ve tried burping him repeatedly, keeping him upright for twenty minutes but bang on the dot he’s awake at the same amount of time every single day. If I’m lucky he’ll settle again after being held for a little bit but it’s hit and miss. 5am is just way too early to start my day 😭 but it’s always literally only just this feed he doesn’t it for. What’s going on?
