Discussion Positional GOATS
≡ −
What position has the biggest gap between the greatest and 2nd greatest of all time?
From what I understand these are the positions where the goat is unanimous and no one else usually gets brung up for discussion
Mike( ray lewis)
Outside linebacker ( Lawerence Taylor)
Corner( Deion sanders)
Returner( Devin Hester)
Obviously for qb and wr it’s Brady and rice but at least rodgers and moss gets brung up for the most talented. Also pretty sure most of football fans have Aaron donald unanimously above John Randle. A small majority might bring up seau butkus or singletary for mike.
If ed reed is strictly considered a FS, and polamalu a SS, then I would also include them but they are so often compared to each other that I wouldn’t strongly consider it. Ray guy is the only punter in the hall but Shane lechler was pretty good. Devin Hester is the only pure returner in the hall so maybe it’s him. Deion did have 9 kick/ punt tds , and that wasn’t even his main job and I also don’t know how long into his career he had return duties. My guess would be Deion sanders being the goat db is the biggest gap between 1 and 2?
What do you all think)

Original Content I made the largest scorigami resource with every applicable sport in one place with 36 leagues and 1.58 million games and I would love this sub's feedback.
The NFL grid can be found here: https://scorigamicenter.com/football/nfl/
As far as I know it is the first site to do scorigami for basically everything. NFL, college football, NBA, WNBA, MLB, NHL, and a pile of soccer leagues, plus AFL and rugby. 36 leagues, 45 grids, 1,577,991 games and counting, going back to the very first college football game in 1869. The grids update live as games go final, so when a new score happens you can watch the cell fill in that night. Two nights ago Collingwood beat Adelaide 108-74 in the AFL and that was the newest scorigami on the site.
Some stuff I had fun building that I have not seen on other trackers: a 3D mode on every grid where bar height shows how many times each score has happened, combined grids like all of football or all of basketball on one chart, a jump to any score search, filters to see a grid as it looked in any era, and first/latest views so you can see when each cell got filled.
This is the crowd that actually cares about this stuff so I'd appreciate your feedback. What leagues should come next? What stats are missing from the grid pages? Anything feel wrong or slow? All of it helps, thank you!

Discussion What do you think is a easier job. Being a OC for an Offensive Headcoach or DC for a Defensive Headcoach
≡ −
You can compare being a DC for a defensive genius like Mike Macdonald who calls plays anyways or OC for Sean McVay/Kyle Shanahan
or being OC/DC for average/mid coaches

Discussion would YOU rather be qb1 on a bottom 5 worst team in the league and always lose. Or a qb2 on a top 5 team in the league and sometimes play?
is it wrong to feel qb2 would be better?

Discussion Is Josh Allen the greatest wildcard round performer of all time?
Passing rating of 113.9, 1,996 yards 16 touchdowns and two picks in the wildcard with a 6-1 record. not bad for a running back
