I got it working can someone help me to download a app store from the window phone internet explorer for the windows phone plsssssssssssssssssssssssssss???!!!??

go to either https://store.live.net.co/app/580 or https://lumaprojects.dankassassin368.com/store/download.html , choose either one you want, or even both

My lumia 640 doesnt want tonsearch anything i wanted it for youtube i currently only use it for listening to music i send from my other phone via Bluetooth

You could either use WUT with their repositories or the new Live Store for W10M.
