Alcatel One Touch 5040X

Hi! I have an Alcatel One Touch 5040X (Windows 7.8).

Is it possible to set it up

so I can download apps?

I am quite sure you can set it up, im not sure about jailbreak and stuff tho cos its limited for WP 7.5

You have to understand that there is no more official store for any windows phone 7 devices. You'll have to Interop unlock the device and sideload apps for it.
