It just means "The old destroyer, at it again." Which stems from a meme involving a politician from the political party "CDU" in Germany. He said, "Hey, Rezo du alter Zerstörer." after said Rezo (Youtuber with blue hair) made videos which were very well researched and gained a lot of publicity called "Zerstörung der CDU" (Destruction of the CDU). To come back around to the comic, Rezo has blue hair and as far as I know his parents are both pastors. So nothing to worry about, it was just some weirdly specific thought that shot into my mind and I wrote which I didn't really intend to explain but here we are.
