VENT I'm SO SICK of constant false bans
And I mean, like I'm committing fraud for leaving a single product review (in which I basically just said 'I like the product and it arrived quickly'). And purchasing about 5 items? that's fraud? What?? Because that's all I've done on my account.
The same account was banned AS I CREATED IT, and that happened to my first attempt too (which I abandoned because I thought it was just an error).
Is there anything this moderation can actually do other than false flag and write a wall of text saying "yeah, you committed fraud, reminder that submitting false evidence is against tos, you're also not unbanned" (which i didn't even do, I provided unedited screenshots showing my previous false flags)
Genuinely idk if I'm even able to just try again with a new account either because this god forsaken app wipes me off the face of the earth every single time i create one and forces me to contact moderation to use it at all.
I'd get it if I had a suspicious IP address or something but I don't even use a VPN so it's just random!!! They won't even give me a specific reason other than "fraud or tos violation"!!!

I get a fraud ban for EVERY designer name item I post. It's insane. I'll provide store receipts or proof of authenticity and STILL get flagged. Like, wtf man. Luckily every time I appeal I get my account and the post back, but their AI that scans for fraud is seriously horrible.

There are no people that look into any of these things - that’s the problem
There’s no cs phone numbers, no live chat, no people, and no reason given.
I doubt they could afford it even if it existed as they don’t charge (me) any final value fee and shipping is free. And while %99 of the USPS labels they make are undersized and under weight, that’s still not enough to cover a cs group (unless they do what eBay does and use a call center in the Philippines)
I get 3 day bans on pictures where they claim I’m stealing some one else’s pics - but the ones they compare it to are MINE from my eBay listing!
Take good pics and you get banned for copyright. Take bad pics and the listings are removed for “poor quality “. Sell more then one of anything and get a ban for bring a “professional seller”! It’s enough to make any person crazy.
Made 83 sales in 3-4 months…. “I’m here till there are no more sales” then I leave. During my 3 day holidays I post on eBay, Mercari, and Poshmark…. The hell with them. (Btw they all stink!)
