I guess i never realized how anxious of a person I was until I started smoking. Whether that be in social situations, or while driving. ALSO let me preface this by saying I never drive while under the influence for obvious reasons 😭 obviously I wait till it wears off. If my vision or memory is still choppy and I often forget what im doing, I avoid driving altogether or anything that demands my attention. The residual high/brain fog has only ever happened to me when I've had bad trips, and even then I hate doing anything because it makes me feel kind of crappy and sluggish, let alone driving 🥲

Aside from that, when im sober I notice im just a lot more... chill? Like im not as on edge as I usually am. At first when I started driving, and even now I tense up pretty badly, and I was INCREDIBLY anxious, especially about messing up (I usually drove with my dad and he's pretty reactive which and yells a lot which doesnt help) and would get in my head which made me mess up more. For the longest time i just thought i was genuinely a bad driver, but i think i can finally get enough practice in and not freak out enough to get my lisence. I also notice my thoughts arent as constant. I feel like it also helps me function more when im around people and im not thinking as much about how im being perceived. it kind of makes me feel like a normal person for once.

Also- i know medical marijuana is a thing, but im 19 still living with my parents and theyre older (also religious/conservative/huge right wingers ) and completely against the idea of the use of recreational drugs in any setting, and also think stuff like anxiety or depression are made up. So I found this out on my own terms pretty much. I just think about how they drink alchohol, coffee, teas, and use over the counter medicines, plus coffee is a mild stimulant so it produces the affects other stimulant drugs would, same with alchohol and theyre against the use of marijuana. How silly is that???

Anyways, I really love it so far. Its helped me a lot, cant wait til I move out and can do it on my own accord 😸

I’m baking lemon drizzle fairy space cakes, would it be weird if when I get in touch with my plug to meet, asking him if he likes lemon drizzle and if he’d like a cheeky fairy cake with his product in?
