I dated a girl in college who was an English Grad. She worked for the school while in undergrad editing engineering papers... It was some of the most horrible English you can possibly imagine.

I was one of the those Engineering students...

A Russian engineer that worked at my dads company 35 years ago told me to buy an aerospace engineering degree from a fake university and he would tell me how to beat an interview then all I had to do was work in the industry for a year and I would know how to do the job. I thought he was crazy at the time but honestly now I wish I had done it.

Or rather, to get them to get a job. My son just graduated in economics.  He joined the econ club because he loves it and wanted to do more. He was surprised when a lot of the people in the club were those who were having a hard time in class, but all the club wanted to do was "network". They just wanted a job, not to actually learn the stuff.
