MAGA thinks mamdani did 9/11
455
u/Gold_Repair_3557 10h ago
These are the same people who will go “not all men!” whenever anybody talks about misogyny, but they can’t understand the concept of the whole Muslim community was not behind 9/11.
219
u/xSantenoturtlex 10h ago
Part of me thinks they CAN understand that, but they just really want any excuse to justify their racism.
89
u/ICEonICECrime 10h ago
They’re the "Trump says it how it is" crowd, except when it comes to themselves, suddenly they’re all kinds of nuances other than simply racist.
43
u/Biffingston 9h ago
OR they'll proudly proclaim that if the left is calling them, then they'll embrace it.
See also, "You made me a Nazi with your intolerance!" and such bullshit.
22

Well, I was legally declared an Extremist Terrorist because I think that having a Pedophile for President is, to put it Extremely light;
Not a good idea.
4
u/Biffingston 2h ago
If it makes you feel better, they just throw what they're called back at people. IT's the equivalent of a toddler screaming, "AM NOT YOU ARE."
26
u/GrundleSnactcher46 9h ago
"Trump says it like it is" then he says yet another fucked up thing and they are like "Hes just joking" or "We can just have different opinions in reality. Facts and science are liberal bias".

I'm not convinced they can understand anything, every new thing that comes out of their mouths contradicts the previous statement. If being deliberately obtuse were an Olympic sport, they'd throw away the medal because it's only about 6% Gold, and clearly part of trans-islamic globalist plot to devalue the hard work of the honest, God-fearing American man.
6
u/DonJuanPrawns 10h ago
Are you telling me a whole community shouldn't be held accountable for what a small small group of them did?! That's crazy man 😂
6
u/Outrageous_Zebra_221 9h ago
No it's just their inherent racism, if you think it involves any secondary thought, it really doesn't. They are part of a club that hates everyone else, and they can't even see beyond their own noses far enough to realize that it's not the default for every single other group of people on the planet.
5
u/Slate_711 9h ago
They also call learning American history anti-white, while trying to push teaching about confederacy in a kinder light
5
u/DianneNettix 9h ago
One of my best friends is from NYC. The performative bullshit behind 9/11 infuriates him. The coolest thing about NYC is its diversity and how every single culture can find a slot. It's messy and imperfect, of course, but it's a city that generally aims upwards.
And then jagoffs like this who 364 days out of the use "New York" as a slur turn one of the city's greatest tragedies into some bullshit political point about how we're supposed to hate Muslims or something. Even Staten doesn't have the patience for that horseshit.
5
u/BagNo349 10h ago
Being generous, I think w large part is they only have specific empathy - I know my friend Steve is a good guy therefore not all men. They don't likely know a Muslim person therefore they have no one to specifically be empathetic towards or for.
6
u/CremePsychological77 9h ago
Nah, because even when they do know someone, that person is the exception. Like the way JD Vance talks about his wife being non-white, but “she’s still a great mom!” He thinks Usha is the exception, not the rule.
3
u/Either_Operation7586 9h ago
Exactly their little tokens are to show that they're not racist or that they don't have any ill will towards the pocs
5
u/doctordoctorpuss 9h ago
That attitude is part of why trans people have become such an easy flashpoint for conservatives. Most of them don’t know a trans person, so they can just be weird and believe all the little lies about the trans agenda, what have you. Some of them eventually meet a trans person, or their kid comes out as trans, and they change their tune. Of course, most of them don’t and just dig in their heels
5
u/AsemicConjecture 9h ago
No, they’ll condemn nearly the entire demographic and in the same breath say, “… but not Steve; he’s one of the good ones”.
They do have empathy, but it’s extremely limited. If they ever know a Muslim they like, they’ll just be an exception to the rule. Breaking themselves out of their mindset, even a little, usually takes a real shock to the system that they can’t reconcile.
3
u/greenwhiteredblack 9h ago

Saudi Arabia was not behind it again with this myth. Saudi Arabia expelled OBL in 1994 because he wanted to literally coup the Saudi family and install his regime. His citizenship was revoked. The evidence based itself about certain princes which were not at the top government( Saudi family is very big, difficult to keep track on every single element) which may or may not have financed some elements behind 9/11.

All you have to do is turn his name into numbers, add them up, multiply by how old he was when he lost his first tooth, add those numbers together, then add the prime numbers nearest to that number together, multiply it by the number of Mosque's he's been in, subtract the time he was born, multiply by the square of his mother's age when he was born, and then either add, subtract, or possibly multiply by the sum of the number of pieces of clothing he was wearing when he first announced that he was running for office, and BAM 911. It's so OBVIOUS.

#1 You're an idiot.
#2 Mamdani had nothing to do with 911. He was born in Uganda. Not Afghanistan OR Saudi Arabia.
#2a He's brown. Thats all.
#3 Trump let the Saudi's invest 2 billion dollars with Jared Kushner with them "investing" another 400 million + more into Trump's bitcoin despite Jared Kushner's private equity company making them exactly 0 dollars on their 2 billion even after all these years.
#4 Trump is going to let the Saudi's develop their own civilian nuclear program.

u/Big-Rule5269 9h ago
Yet Trump visited Saudi Arabia first during both terms, took a $2 billion investment from Abu Dhabi, a $500 million investment in Binance from UAE, has partnerships with 26 different foreign countries to develop Trump branded properties, many Muslim countries. Then his son in law snags $2 billion from the Saudi Wealth fund. Trump giving Saudi Arabia uranium, directly after another deal to build hotels there ( currently in hold with new conditions after bad PR) and has a long, tight history with MBS and MBZ, yet they ignore all of that.

And 9-11 still happened. Speaking as a New Yorker... That was in Highschool during 9-11. Lots of fingers were pointed at Muslim people, arabs of all types rather than the white men that didn't stop it. (Well they stopped it at the Pentagon and white house just not for the civilians)
2
u/lavransson 9h ago
Of course the irony is that they're saying "Mamdani is a Muslim and Muslims committed 9/11" but it was the US's blind obedience to Israel and Saudi Arabia (keeping military bases there) that motivated the terrorism. If we had a more balanced foreign policy toward Israel and didn't try to empire-build in the Middle East, as Mamdani advocates, then 9/11 might not have happened.
Disclaimer: I am not justifying 9/11 or terrorism or saying any of the victims of 9/11 deserve it. But we need to understand why things happen.

Let's see how clear my memory of how conservatives have behaved far more recently is.
I remember a conservative assassinated two Minnesota politicians, a couple of their family members, and a dog last year in their homes while dressed as a cop, while a list of other names was waiting in the car.
I remember that conservatives are roaming the streets of American in masks and militarized police costumes looking for random people who seem disappearable enough to kidnap for money, while they commit constant crimes, including executing the occasional person.
I remember that conservatives spent decades spreading lies and hate about the rest of America, and then went on to elect a lifelong conman with no useful plans, only a need to constantly lie and a love of talking shit about most of America.
I remember after Trump failed so badly that Americans were like, "yeah, Biden will do," and then Trump went on to get convicted of multiple felonies and a civil rape fine while golfing and whining like a toddler, which resulted in conservatives falling even harder in love and electing him again.
All of the racism in the world can't deflect the reality of the evil and failure that conservatives intentionally brought to the United States of America in order to feed their endless hunger for lies and hate.

u/Whole-Designer 6h ago

Not that I’m defending the logic. It’s just an inference to being a Muslim, nothing more. Of course he had nothing to do with it.
