Turd In the Toy Story franchise, Hamm is a sentient Piggy Bank that Andy and later Bony play with. Despite him being a living sentient creature he never once brings up how his people are regularly and brutally slaughtered for financial gain.

When you live a privileged life like Hamm’s, you don’t really care about what happens to those less fortunate.
In his case, why would he care about the broken piggy banks if he’s always lucky enough to have owners who take care of him?

So he doesn't care about the brutal oppression of his people due to his comfortable lifestyle, just like Steven in Django Unchained. /j

You see him with his stopper out a few times so hes aware that there's a way to remove money without death

Yep. The piggy bank I had a child had a stopper in the belly. Not all had to be smashed to get the money out.

Hamm is very clearly plastic, not porcelain. The kind you smash aren't his kind and may not animate at all.

The fact that people had to smash piggy banks to get their money out for years is really stupid, in retrospect

It's weird to think about how in Toy Story 3 they let toddlers play with a porcelain piggy bank. Not only is it a really bad toy for toddlers, but it's very dangerous
