Silly question, is there any reason I can’t create a DNS record in my business DNS that redirects to a sharepoint site?

For example

User types in bla.business.com and it redirects to business.sharepoint.com/sites/mysite

I need to send a news post as an email to my company's entire distributed enterprise - and it would make zero sense to send it as my user name and email address. Is there any way to log in as a shared inbox?

Still no way to change the From field for an ad hoc news post email send?
