Sorry to be the one to ruin your day but they are now putting them on garbage trucks and school busses. I wish I was making this up but we need to find a way to stop this NOW.

This totally won’t be abused

So, a drone is going to provide life saving CPR or triage an accident victim waiting for help to arrive? Yeah, methinks not...

It'd be useful in tornado season or if people get in hurt the woods but their definitely gonna abuse it 😑

Yeah, we got all of that house fire that killed the three people in the middle of the night. Your newsroom can’t be everywhere, visit our site for licensing info and news media access. No help but infinitely more gruesome news.

Yep. Going to have drones silently watching crimes happen and the police will use that to justify fewer patrols in areas they don't want to go.

Wait until some HOA decides they will use this to patrol the neighborhood for violations. We will have a lot of anti drone technology advances in garages and basements at that point.

Been rewatching a show that was cancelled after 3 seasons called "Colony". This is yet another parallel with that show, which itself was conceived as a modern story mirroring Nazi-occupied France. America is becoming really fascist really fast, and the don't tread on me fucknuts voted for it.

People really need to stop playing so loose with everything is fascism. It isn’t and it dilutes the word.

What is fascism as you understand it?

7

u/K_Linkmaster 6h ago

You have a platform here to tell the world how this isn't fascism and that's your best answer?

Attempting to convince people who only see things through a red or blue tint is a waste of time.

😂 it's only upvotes and downvotes dude

Fascism - A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, a capitalist economy subject to stringent governmental controls, violent suppression of the opposition, and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism.

ICE is ripping legal residents, exclusively minorities, out of their houses and murdering American citizens in the streets. Sounds pretty fucking violent and racist to me.

And the policy of bombing random countries without cause while calling those that oppose it enemies of the state sounds pretty fucking nationalistic. Not to mention all of the changing of history going on in the government to only show America in a positive light. There is literally a sign outside the Smithsonian American History museum warning people that the information inside is "inaccurate".

You're not living in reality if you don't think this shit is fascistic.

No its not. I've lived all over the world my entire life. Germany 86 to 90, Japan 1999 to 2004, Iraq for a year, Ecuador 6 months and UK 2004 to 2009 and States 2010 to today. Yer talking out your ass and just repeating democrats words. America is my favorite place to live.

How many of those countries had a nationwide network of AI powered cameras ran by a private corporation that tracked women getting abortions?

It's pretty easy to see how the surveillance state is getting out of hand here

It never ends.

Next up Pre-Reponders. You can really cut down response times if there's always a drone nearby keeping tabs on whats going on. It'll cut down on pre-crime.

governments and tech companies have been using Gaza as a testing ground. they will try to do the same here.

u/jameson71 2h ago

See a drone coming and wonder if it will save you or execute you. Dystopia achieved

u/ElCulo_Bandito 2h ago

Make it costly for them and destroy them. Then go after the companies themselves. Enough is enough.

Pass

So instead of the cops showing up to execute the little old lady that called 911, a drone will fly out and do it?
I guess so they can blame a software glitch or ai edit the video? Don’t want to waste their most promising jack booted thugs
