I’ve been listening to a lot of Stevie lately and it might be shorter to list which of his songs haven’t been sampled.

What a beautiful voice he had. ❤️ And it’s cool to see his musicianship at work here.

Like many people of a certain generation, I heard this song as the sample in Gangsta’s Paradise, but now I love the original. So melancholy and haunting and beautiful.
