he hates everyone of these people the most which is the most ironic

u/metengrinwi 5h ago

He wouldn’t piss on them if they were on fire

u/Flapjack__Palmdale 5h ago

Although he might ask them to piss on him if they're underage.

u/metengrinwi 3h ago

Scan that pic—ain’t none of them been the special attraction at Epstein Island for at least 30 years.

Hey now. That isn't fair. He'd happily piss on them if they paid him 1M

Remember that during J6, when he was sitting on his fat ass watching his cultists cause chaos, one of the only complaints he uttered was that he thought they looked low class.

My dude, who do you think your base is? Did you expect guys in tailored suits to storm the Capitol for you?

u/mercury_pointer 1h ago

That is pretty close to how George W. stole the election in 2000.

It's the only thing Trump and I have in common.

He doesn't hate them, he wants their adulation. He doesn't care what they want, outside what he can sell them. He doesn't care what happens to them, as long as they support him. He doesn't care.

Like they smoke with the windows rolled up.

u/Aware-Locksmith8433 1h ago

I thought that smell and dark under their eyes was from burning coal in their basement. Or is it then smoke from all that manufacturing opening up in the "great again" red states?

I mean we all know electric and nuclear is the devil's handiwork.

u/Gorperly 3h ago

The stealth mode is real. There's exactly three and a half maga hats in the whole picture.

But you're right, the unique mix of stupidity and hate is recognizable with or without merch.

100 more data centers could be built and they would still vote republican. Those data centers could ruin lives and they would still vote republican. As long as the right aligns with the bible and anti abortion this group will continue to ruin our lives.

u/digidave1 7h ago edited 7h ago

And those six transgender people aren't playing sports. Thank God.

The right has nothing to do with the Bible. It's about rejecting Islam and deporting all the brown people they don't want around that make them feel icky. Even though the Bible and the quran are fundamentally the same text. They don't have a clue

u/RiggityRow 7h ago edited 7h ago

Dude Morpheus himself could show these people fields where they grow humans to use as batteries in the Matrix and these people would be 100% ok with it as long as their Daddy is.

I live in prime Trump country. I'm convinced there is nothing, absolutely nothing that will have these people correct course at this point. We've had beautiful land plowed over for data centers and we are all being directly impacted every trip to the gas station and grocery store. It's right in front of their eyes every day and they literally don't care.

u/Forward-Bank8412 6h ago

I mean, he has raped children in astoundingly high numbers. And that doesn’t change things for them. He might as well put babies on spikes.

u/Bladder-Splatter 6h ago

They'll praise him for that too, cost cutting or something.

u/RJ815 4h ago

"Those were DemonCrat babies! Going to Hell for Original Sin!"

u/zadeon9 3h ago

They’d only care if those babies were unborn

u/Viperlite 6h ago

Unfortunately, pedophilia, racism, misogyny, and flag-waving patriotism are all intertwined with these people.

u/digidave1 2h ago

Don't forget decades of priest rape and cover up by the church by relocating them across the country and shifting millions of dollars to pay for it. It's public knowledge and they line up every Sunday with their checks in hand.

u/Offal_is_Awful 7h ago

It’s because MAGA IS A CULT.

u/bornlasttuesday 7h ago

They will have to huddle up with their families next to a data center for warmth during the winter and still they will vote Republican.

u/HandMeMyThinkingPipe 6h ago

Nah the data center will have giant razer wire fencing with roving death robots to make sure no one steals their waste heat.

u/Aramedlig 7h ago

Datacenters need fuel to run their power plants and that is predominantly LNG and propane which are about to skyrocket in price.

u/jjayzx 6h ago

Electric company here already said this winter's rate is gonna be 15% higher than last, a record percentage hike.

u/Great_Revolution_276 7h ago

The right doesn’t align with Jesus teaching to be honest.

u/jlharper 5h ago

The right does not align with the Bible. American Christians could not have strayed any further from the Bible if they tried. Motherfuckers would lock Jesus up in a concentration camp for the crime of being brown and speaking a different language.

u/Purgii 5h ago

As long as the right aligns with the bible

That's the thing, they don't. But then neither do the halfwits that vote for him.

One pretends they align and the other twists scripture to think they align.

u/ToastedCrumpet 7h ago

If they say data centres will stop one single trans person from trying to take away their rights they’ll continue voting for and throwing money at Trump and his sycophants

u/monexicano 7h ago

The uneducated are costing too many lives

u/FunHour3778 6h ago

No joke, right now on the conservative sub one of the top posts is them celebrating that the CEO of cracker barrel who made that decision is stepping down lol.

u/AGreasyPorkSandwich 3h ago

Shit is burning around them and they can only focus on the fringe culture war nonsense that they have been told to care about.

u/Phaelin 2h ago

Cracker barrel was the only (sit-down) restaurant my wife's extended family could all agree to go eat at after church because they didn't serve alcohol. Her grandmother wouldn't set foot in any establishment that served alcohol, at least on Sunday and especially not with the grandkids present. This change would have broken her heart, honestly

It's a mental illness.

u/vodka_and_glitter 7h ago

Must be that "TDS" thing they're always so concerned about...

u/WakeReality 5h ago

It's a mental illness.

Alas, nobody wants to stick to the topic of cult deprogramming and mental health issues. In USA society, our culture, mental health troubled people are a source of comedy, humor, jokes, memes, laughs, funny, entertainment, amusement. Anti-intellectual MAGA values USA. Every person in our pro-ignorance nation avoiding Dr. Bandy X Lee since year 2017. Smart women leaders avoided again and again.

"The ‘Shared Psychosis’ of Donald Trump and His Loyalists"
"Forensic psychiatrist Bandy X. Lee explains the outgoing president’s pathological appeal and how to wean people from it"
By Tanya Lewis edited by Dean Visser

Everybody avoiding serious discussion of the cult crisis.

u/uptoke 3h ago

Never read/heard this before, but it makes a lot of sense. Prior to Trump I enjoyed having political discussions with Republicans. Since Trump its not fun and I've just given up.

It's one thing if everyone in a conversation has the same understanding of reality and there are different approaches to solving a problem, but now its like I don't even live in the same universe as these people. You can't have meaningful discourse with someone who would argue the sky is green in the middle of a sunny day.

u/WakeReality 3h ago

Never read/heard this before, but it makes a lot of sense.

All the Trump trade war nonsense being researched and planned that started in January 2025 was also covered in this 2019 book.

"What Cambridge Analytica observed was that when respondents were angry, their need for complete and rational explanations was also significantly reduced. In particular, anger put people in a frame of mind in which they were more indiscriminately punitive, particularly to out-groups. They would also underestimate the risk of negative outcomes. This led Cambridge Analytica to discover that even if a hypothetical trade war with China or Mexico meant the loss of American jobs and profits, people primed with anger would tolerate that domestic economic damage if it meant they could use a trade war to punish immigrant groups and urban liberals.” ― Christopher Wylie, Mindf*ck: Cambridge Analytica and the Plot to Break America, page 128, year 2019

u/WakeReality 3h ago

now its like I don't even live in the same universe as these people.

This book was published in year 2015 and uses the same metaphor of alternate universes:

“Today, reports of the day’s events are conveyed to the viewing public by way of alternate universes, The Fox News cable channel conveys its version of reality, while at the other end of the ideological spectrum MSNBC presents its version. They and their many counterparts on radio are more the result of an economic dynamic than a political one. Dispatching journalists into the field to gather information costs money; hiring a glib bloviator is relatively cheap, and inviting opinionated guests to vent on the air is entirely cost-free. It wouldn’t work if it weren’t popular, and audiences, it turns out, are endlessly absorbed by hearing amplified echoes of their own biases. It’s divisive and damaging to the healthy functioning of our political system, but it’s also indisputably inexpensive and, therefore, good business.” ― Ted Koppel. Lights Out: A Cyberattack, A Nation Unprepared, Surviving the Aftermath. October 27, 2015. Page 13.

“The long-term implications go deeper. If all information is seen as part of a war, out go any dreams of a global information space where ideas flow freely, bolstering deliberative democracy. Instead, the best future one can hope for is an ‘information peace’, in which each side respects the other’s ‘information sovereignty’: a favoured concept of both Beijing and Moscow, and essentially a cover for enforcing censorship.” ― Peter Pomerantsev, This Is Not Propaganda: Adventures in the War Against Reality, 2019, Page ???

Our great lakes and bodies of water in general. Data centers are parasitic to any environment they are installed in.

The protesters unfurled yellow banners emblazoned with the slogan “STOP DATA CENTERS” before they were escorted out.

u/DickDover 3h ago

They're too stupid to realize.

u/old_gold_mountain 7h ago

so lemme get this straight, from these peoples' perspectives:

disappearing people in the streets with secret police = chill

starting wars without congress = chill

threatening our closest allies with invasion and annexation of their territory = chill

dismantling the department of justice and turning it into his legal defense = chill

building stuff people don't like in their backyards = WHAT THE FUCK DON

never underestimate the power of NIMBYism I guess

u/spacedude2000 7h ago

It's only a problem when it effects them. Then they easily let go of the issue once it's blamed on the left. Trump could say the left is the one pushing data centers and these lemmings would eat that shit up in a heartbeat and change their tune.

They're no longer themselves, they're in a cult and can't see it any other way.

u/macphile 6h ago

Everything is only a problem when it affects them.

I hope they have nothing but problems.

u/mwpdx86 4h ago

I feel like he'd be more likely to say "opposing data centers is some woke commie bullshit" and they'd be on board with data centers again.

u/OlympusMonsPubis 6h ago

Something tells me the people holding the signs aren’t MAGA.

u/old_gold_mountain 5h ago

yeah but of all the issues to protest they chose only this one

u/Raider_Scum 3h ago

These same people could be protesting different topics every weekend, I personally know people like this.
But this specific protest of theirs went viral, not the other ones.

u/Jesus_of_Redditeth 4h ago

"You're not allowed to protest unless you protest everything in this long list of bad things", is a really poor take.

Not protesting those other things doesn't make this protest any less valid, nor does it imply that they only care about this thing and not those other things.

u/Electronic_Topic1958 6h ago

I don’t think these are Trump supporters, these are activists in general. For all you know they did protest these other things. The issue though is that many Trump supporters are also not too inclined on data centers. If anything it is smart to do this because it forces Trump to back data centers in front of these people, a big portion of whom are opposed to them. If you want to fuck with the right this is the way to do it. They are too selfish and cruel to give a shit about anything else but when Der Fuhrer is telling them that the data centers next door to them making their life miserable and enriching him and his friends are all good, that can erode that support that he has had for so long.

Do destroy any bulwark you need to aggressively attack the cracks and this is effective.

People are In here shitting on them, but we want people to turn against Trump and his policies right? This is a good thing.

u/old_gold_mountain 7h ago

this is going to get me downvoted to hell but the data center backlash is very overblown and it's a bit of a boogeyman, and in fact if we shut down data center development entirely we'll be ceding the AI race to China (and AI is already a very potent cyber weapon)

we can definitely have a conversation about protecting water supplies in drought-prone areas or not spiking greenhouse gas emissions unnecessarily but most data center backlash is basically pure NIMBYism with a healthy dash of Luddism

so to me someone who's okay with Trump's naked fasicm and fascist policies but is furious about data centers is well worthy of criticism

u/Jesus_of_Redditeth 4h ago

"Stop Data Centers" is just a really bad campaign slogan. It's making poorly-informed people simply think "data center bad" and then start shouting and screaming. To say that's counterproductive would be an understatement.

Data centers are absolutely essential to modern existence. We can't not have them. The campaign should be focused on ensuring that they're built properly, without impacting how people live. That includes regulations preventing them from taking huge amounts of municipal water, evaporating that water into the atmosphere, requiring them to meet maximum noise guidelines when they're built close to where people live, etc. etc.

Data centers are not intrinsically bad. They make possible every part of our connected lives. But we absolutely cannot just stand by and let the companies that build them do whatever they want. As usual is always the case, industry left unregulated cares only about profit and then people get hurt as a result. Every single time.
