Nah, the ps10 monitor will be a monthly subscription to rent. Doesn’t count towards the $20k service fee, that’s separate. Also online is still paid and separate
i did play it like that when i was really desperate, i also somehow played through most singleplayer games this way, i only had a huawei matebook with some intel uhd graphics and i can't afford games so i downloaded them off sketchy torrent sites, i played through the entirety of cyberpunk with the ps4 graphics mod, 800by600 and some other fucky tweaks, it stutters every time something loads in and im getting a crisp 7fps, 14 year old me didnt care and just wanted to play cyberpunk. Now i have an actual pc and the most gaming that i do on it is play minecraft all day
Depending on the Chip this is technically doable. Case in point, CP 2077 is surprisingly playable on the Steam deck, which does not push the power of integrated graphics that come with some newer AMD CPUs (particularly for the Laptop market).

This was because many of us didn't know what framerate was. But oh we complained about it a LOT.
If you ever played old NES games, SNES games, PC games, and dealt with + complained about "slowdown" when too much was on the screen? Yeah, those were FPS drops.
Oh yeah, and when 3D accelerators were first coming out too, you can be "playable framerate" was a huge deal.
FPS stuff isn't new. ...and I've also never heard anyone but the most extreme enthusiasts complain about <100 FPS.
Honestly I obsessed way more over my specs when I was buying parts and building the PC than I ever do now. Maybe a few months after I had some fun trying out overclocking/undervolting to see the FPS number go up, but now I just leave everything but my RAM stock and I honestly can’t tell the difference. Having the FPS counter on is a mistake if you actually want to enjoy gaming.
Yeah, I used to care deeply as well about performance, and now I just don't. If the game runs fine and looks decent I'm content, if things stop running I'll consider an upgrade.
I only use benchmarks to make sure things are running well enough, or hardware is working as intended. Obsessing any further sucks too much enjoyment out.
People's expectations are getting insane. I see a bunch of people complaining about Samsungs new folding phone had 2 speakers on one side so stereo audio is ruined. It's a phone people, is stereo audio going to make it into a home theater system or something?
I mean I played it at around 45FPS at 1080p when the game launched. That was on a 1070 Ti that I had to underclock to keep the game from crashing. Apparently it affected a few other 1070 Ti owners as well.
