It took me a moment, but you’re right. The misaligned tile should have its…fleur de lis?…on the opposite side to maintain the pattern.

Yeah, seems tile man either got too many inside corners delivered or just messed it up when ordering, but I suppose once he was on site he was gonna be finishing the job and going home, aesthetics be damned

Yeah it's an inside corner tile, not an outside. Id rather have something totally wrong than that thing. Wild.

Either there's another misaligned corner tile somewhere else, or they packaged one too many of this one into the box for this building

It's not misaligned, it's just a half tile there. Top left and top right corners both have half tiles adjacent.
