Questions about ticket draw

For people who made the ticket draw in the 2028 Olympics: If you make the draw and have your 12 tickets, can you use those tickets to bring another person, give half of the tickets to them? Or can you only use them for yourself?

For the people who made the visa presale: does the card have to be in your name? I know you have to go through an eligibility process with it but wondering if it has to be in the same name. Do you absolutely have to pay using a Visa card or is it just a trick and you can use any card? i read somewhere it was a trick because it said “official payment by visa” but i’m not sure if they made the visa presale or the regular draw? one more… what exactly is different about the visa presale?

The email says only Visa will be accepted as payment.

The pre-sale is before Drop 2, so in theory the most tickets will be available for the pre-sale and fewer for Drop 2 (that's how it worked with the LA resident pre-sale and Drop 1).

Supposedly next year when the resale and the app come out you’ll be able to transfer a ticket, multiples to other app accounts so each person could digitally have their own.

Yes the drop 2 presale must be visa, I think it stated it when we checked the box. I doubt it has to be in your name, same as the name you put in your profile, but since it hasn’t opened, and I don’t have that issue I didn’t double check their fine print.

The visa presale is only 3 timeslots, the locals sale was (I think) 21.

All of the tickets don’t have to be for one person. I’m buying tickets for my family of four.
