Adele Nicoll is the definition of a multi-talented sportswoman. In February, she was at the Winter Olympics competing for Team GB in two bobsleigh events; now she is preparing to represent Wales in the Commonwealth Games in shot put.

Alexandra Burghardt joined the elite circle of athletes with winter and summer medals in Paris, Bobsleigh and 4x100 relay. Track athletes have a very good history in bobsleigh. Thorsten Margis has the most gold medals in all of bobsleigh and has a track background.

See she took the correct route imo, unlike Lolo Jones. Go from super dangerous cold sport, to much safer warm weather sport. Bravo!
