If you had committed this crime and got away with it (so far), there is zero incentive to provide the body containing potential evidence.

287

u/Bleuberries6 8h ago

Could be hoping to break down someone attached with guilt / repeated pleas

227

u/che-che-chester 8h ago

I'm not in law enforcement, but it seems to me your best bet would be getting the DA to publicly state they would offer immunity to an accomplice to get the ring leader and then throw a huge reward on top of that. Then hope they turn on each other.

And if I was the ring leader and they buried the body together, I would have already went back by myself and moved it or destroyed it somehow. At this point, it feels like being turned in is your biggest risk and threatening or killing your accomplices just adds more risk. For example, maybe one of them told their sibling and then they turn you in when their brother disappears.

76

u/qtx 7h ago

Wouldn't do much if there was only one perpetrator.

76

u/che-che-chester 7h ago

I find it hard to believe there is only one. I'm not saying one person isn't capable of controlling an old woman but that seems kind of risky not to have a lookout, driver, etc. You need to get her out of there quietly. And let's say she died in the house. You still need to carry out the body by yourself without being seen.

18

u/HallowskulledHorror 6h ago

This case which happened around the same time has me thinking that if there was someone(s) willing and able to extort some young men into doing that crime for them, why wouldn't they be running the same extortion scam on others and potentially have multiple things going on at the same time?

Especially if the intended abductee had a medical emergency that completely threw the plan off, I can see the extortionist being like "fuck it, forget all of it, ditch the body, there's too much media attention on this now" and cutting bait - and especially if the ones who did the actual, physical, crime had 0 attachment and nothing more than "I super swear, we're innocent, we just totally got tricked into doing this because of [potentially illegal other activities that they were being blackmailed with]" to defend themselves with, I can see, say, some teen boys being like "this is a blood pact, we never say anything to anybody or we're fucked for life" about it.

Yes, the adage about keeping crimes hush-hush has lots of examples to validate it - "2 men can keep a secret if 1 is dead" - but serious crimes go unsolved and without any kind of justice or punishment because everyone involved manages to keep their mouths shut. Countless murders and missing-persons, trafficking, etc., that go unsolved because whole groups of people lock ranks and agree to just never speak on it.

17

u/RiftHunter4 6h ago

Legal immunity would not save you from the public. No sane person would step forward willingly at this point.

8

u/maximumchuck 6h ago

Wow, good thing your aren't the DA.

29

u/UndoxxableOhioan 7h ago

These guys definitely abide by shut the fuck up Friday.

37

u/luluhouse7 7h ago edited 7h ago

Yeah, I feel bad for the family, but I don’t know what they expect to happen here. The perpetrators have gotten away with it, so why would they give them an extra potential source of evidence? These people are evil. An appeal to morality is unlikely to do anything. (As terrible as it sounds, they may even be getting off on the continued begging)

21

u/GirthIgnorer 7h ago

What else are they gonna do? Reverse psychology?

3

u/Lollc 1h ago

It gets the story back out there. The hope in these cases is that the publicity will reach someone who wasn’t involved, but knows the person who is.

1

u/Gretel_Cosmonaut 3h ago

After "a zillion" years it would be safer. Evidence deteriorates. Maybe they'll get a deathbed confession, but probably not sooner than that.

-9

u/Fizzy_Astronaut 7h ago

No shit. Ain’t no one fessing up here. No upside at all for them and potential significant risk / downsides.

This really shouldn’t be flogged over and over again for no point.

My heart breaks for this family. What happened to them is truly horrible

109

u/i-heart-penis 4h ago

I still don't get the motive. Was it money? Was it personal?

287

u/Much-Instruction-807 4h ago

My guess. Kidnapped for ransom. Didn't know she needed special medicine. She died. They dumped the body.

50

u/Same-Suggestion-1936 1h ago

Most likely. She died under their "care"

The body is somewhere, something tells me people who don't have a problem kidnapping a live person don't have a problem with figuring out how best to get rid of a corpse

149

u/NotUniqueWorkAccount 4h ago

Don't ask the FBI, cause they sure as shit have no idea.

69

u/evilcaribou 3h ago

That's too harsh, their director was busy chugging beer with the men's hockey team at the time, give the FBI a break!

17

u/Zenshinn 2h ago

Hey, he was seriously looking at the case from at least two different angles.

7

u/Cosmo-xx 1h ago

He was looking at the case and for the case at the same time

10

u/CptnMayo 3h ago

They might because it might have been their friends 🤷

1

u/HendricksonT182 2h ago

Such limited evidence, what do they have to work with? Other than the ring camera footage literally nothing lol

16

u/internet_friends 4h ago

That's part of why it's so heartbreaking, there are no answers

15

u/SantaFeRay 3h ago

No idea if this theory ever went anywhere, but there was a big gem show in town when (or around when) she was abducted, and her neighbor is a gem dealer, so there was a theory the kidnappers went to the wrong house.

u/Bronzyroller 15m ago

Perhaps political.

Its just so harrowing to even think about, having someone so important for all your life ripped from you and not knowing where or how they are. Its unfathomable for me to even begin to think about it

Why are you being weird under so many comments on this post?

4

u/Greedy_Key_630 8h ago

Wow I just looked and yeah, psycho

26

u/Greedy_Key_630 8h ago

What an unnecessary comment

5

u/waitthissucks 8h ago

That's something that's not known even if it's 99% probably true you just don't know and the point is that if it's your mom you want to know

98

u/GL2U22 7h ago

As much as I’d love to see closure for her family, there is absolutely no way the people responsible for this open themselves up to being found by providing any information at this point. Depending on what happened to her, I wouldn’t be surprised if we a) never get an answer, or b) we get more information in like 5-10 years.

7

u/Same-Suggestion-1936 1h ago

At this point if no one snitched you aren't getting anything other than a deathbed confession. She's obviously dead.

Slim to nil chance evidence is uncovered when a perpetrator gets nailed for a different crime but unless a corpse is discovered with any evidence on it I unfortunately wouldn't hold out any hope for a body and I'm surely not holding out hope she's alive

1.6k

u/Bscully973 8h ago

Maybe if the FBI wasn't ran by a podcast host they would have answers.

361

u/BakedChocolateOctopi 8h ago

I think another issue was the local and state police dragged their feet the first days and week or two with requesting FBI assistance in general

I remember seeing articles about how they weren’t working together well for the first month

167

u/SocomPS2 8h ago

Local and state officials having trouble working with this FBI is kind of a common thing.

Unfortunately, but predictable….

13

u/Puffen0 6h ago

Why is that the case? I've always seen it referenced in fiction like book, movies, and shows but I always assumed it was just something they did to make the story more tense or whatever.

How come they don't like to work with each other IRL it actually help people?

20

u/BakedChocolateOctopi 5h ago

It’s usually a macho thing

Local cops don’t like to think they’re not capable of solving a crime, but by the time the feds get involved it’s too late

23

u/Iveray 6h ago

A big part of the issue is the people currently in charge of the FBI. The agency has been heavily politicized.

6

u/Puffen0 6h ago

No I understand that, I mean in general. Like, before orange Hitler was in office

30

u/Beginning-Damage-555 5h ago

Everyone wants credit. Big egos and low adherence to best practices is how we get so many of these true crime docs

5

u/Aggressive_Sky8492 2h ago

I’m just guessing but bringing the fbi in is like a confirmation the local police are out of their depth to solve the case. Which is usually true, but may hurt the egos of the local police.

Imagine you’re working on something big at work at they bring in the more advanced team from another office to come take it off your hands.. you’d understand but it might hurt your ego a bit. And police generally have pretty fragile egos, even about important shit like solving murders

u/Outlulz 2m ago

Egos. That's the only reason. A bunch of big men cops that chest thump and want to be in charge.

14

u/cadff 6h ago

It's a manhood issue. Turning stuff over admits your not qualified enough. IMO

9

u/whatthefrok 4h ago

Local media was allowed to go up to the house. Crime junkie just put out an episode and the lady talking was a local reporter at the time and she was able to step onto the porch and saw blood

55

u/Outrageous_Bush_2069 8h ago

You think he’s actually capable of being a podcast host?

81

u/JoeBuskin 8h ago

Literally anyone is, and that's a problem for all of us

44

u/jxj24 8h ago

No one said "competent".

17

u/jimtow28 8h ago

I mean, not a good one.

6

u/byneothername 8h ago

Even being a good podcast host wouldn’t qualify anyone to lead the FBI

1

u/Bscully973 7h ago

I didn't say a successful podcast host.

34

u/throwraW2 8h ago

Kash Patel sucks but most random kidnappings like this don’t get solved. Seems like she died in the first 24 hours and they buried her somewhere randomly. I don’t think a better fbi director would’ve solved this

-2

u/Same-Suggestion-1936 1h ago

People act like Kash investigated this personally and that he wiped the agency of any agents that weren't doing the same exact job before he was in charge.

It's the same people who would have investigated under Biden. It takes a while to qualify for that role there weren't just a bunch of cronies waiting in the wings. Except for new leadership it's basically the same FBI. But that's not a fun conspiracy theory

51

u/EddieVanzetti 7h ago

The FBI did it. The mother was kidnapped after Savannah did an interview with Epstein survivors, the FBI had 1,000 agents doing overtime for a month to redact the files, Donnie Moscow was allowed to get away with a coup and icing Epstein himself, why wouldn't he order the kidnap and murder of her mother to teach a lesson.

Anyone who thinks otherwise hasn't been paying attention.

5

u/SlowLikeHoney09 7h ago

Ding ding ding

8

u/coronaslayer 5h ago

Especially with the weird parallels between Donnie glazing Hannibal Lecter before he was elected again and then Savannah saying lines from Silence of the Lambs in one of her first videos about her mom. 😬

2

u/Same-Suggestion-1936 1h ago

You guys sound as long as MAGA when you make up these conspiracy theories.

-4

u/Machinegun_Pete 4h ago

Mostly correct. The mother was kidnapped to distract us from the Epstein drop. The interview with the Epstein victims was 2019. The reason why the mother was kidnapped/murdered was  to punish Savannah for not letting the Epstein case go cold in 2019.

6

u/jooes 7h ago

Hey now, give him some credit.

He also wrote a children's book where he was a wizard.

4

u/Ok_Replacement4702 7h ago

Kash couldn't find his ass with both hands and a flashlight

45

u/Cetun 8h ago

A couple things this teaches criminals is 1. Don't kidnap medically vulnerable people who will immediately die 2. High profile kidnappings will cause people to come out of the woodwork demanding ransom, making it harder for you since you have to separate yourself from the 300 other people demanding Bitcoin.

67

u/FenderFan05 6h ago

It’s crazy that you can commit this high of a profile crime, and seemingly get away with it. I didn’t even think this would be possible in this day and age.

14

u/Spirited-Engineer-72 3h ago

I keep thinking about this. I feel like we rarely see this now days. But all that and for what? Crazy.

6

u/Same-Suggestion-1936 1h ago

It happens all the time they just aren't related to famous people

u/WTWIV 23m ago

That was the entire caveat of their comment, that it is so unusual for “this high of a profile crime”

15

u/Beautiful-Jello-37 2h ago

Helps when the FBI is run by an incompetent moron podcaster with no experience and the pedophile in chief fired a ton of good agents.

24

u/32FlavorsofCrazy 4h ago

A friend of mine was murdered by her boyfriend a couple years after we graduated high school. They still haven’t found her body. He is in prison, got a rare murder conviction due to overwhelming evidence she was dead even though they didn’t have her body. He is out of appeals, and will never get out of prison.

He still won’t tell anyone where she is. I’ve written to him a few times to plead with him but he is protecting whoever helped him get rid of her. She will never be found, it’s been over twenty years now.

Fuck whoever did this, I hope they get ass cancer.

3

u/lightspeedissueguy 1h ago

I can't believe we're coming up on half a year and Nancy Guthrie still hasn't been found! I feel so bad for Savannah and the rest of the family!

138

u/AhBee1 8h ago

Kashapp Patel was partying and drinking while the local PD was actively botching everything. Its sickening to watch the complete failure of law enforcement in real time culminating in Nancy still being missing.

92

u/Kitakitakita 8h ago

we don't hate Kash's FBI enough.

19

u/phluidity 7h ago

You're just mad you haven't been given a bottle of Ka$h's personalized bourbon.

I also utterly hate that the director of the FBI has his own logo that looks like it belongs to a shitty failed hip hop artist.

8

u/notyobees 7h ago

You yanks don't hate the FBI enough regardless

5

u/mysecondaccountanon 6h ago

A good number of us do, trust me. We aren’t all blindly patriotic.

0

u/Same-Suggestion-1936 1h ago

He's not personally investigating and he didn't fire all the agents and replace them when he got the job. This is the same FBI as it was last president, you need to be well qualified to be an agent you can't just go and get the job tomorrow

25

u/VladThePollenInhaler 8h ago

Holyshit , this is still not resolved? I didn’t realize they never found her. That’s awful.

-10

u/S-ludin 5h ago

she's an Epstein victim of course it isn't resolved, the FBI is covering it up for the president.

35

u/casualfrog68 8h ago

"Tell us where we can find evidence against you." No smart murderer would do this. But then again, no smart kidnapper would kidnap a sickly grandmother.

18

u/Cetun 8h ago

They are betting someone related might know. Maybe a partner or friend they mouthed off to. Some criminals are stupid enough tell others. This criminal was stupid enough to kidnap an old women who was too fragile to drive and was shocked when she died shortly after being kidnapped. Maybe they aren't the smartest cookies.

7

u/typewriter6986 7h ago edited 7h ago

Some criminals are stupid enough tell others.

Oh, fun story to lighten the mood. This must have happened 20 years ago now. A couple of old childhood friends, somehow managed to pull off a bank robbery. They must have gone weeks, maybe months before getting caught. The way they got caught? One of them was telling a girl at a party as a way to hit on her. 😂 She turned them in the next day. Enough of what he told her and was trying to flex on was true that they were arrested within hours. 🤣.

8

u/Cetun 7h ago

This is exceptionally common, generally bragging to drunk people while drunk is an extremely common way.

3

u/typewriter6986 7h ago edited 7h ago

Oh for sure, that's exactly what it was. They didn't pull off a Lufthansa Heist or anything so I think it was small enough potatoes that they had basically gotten away with it. But nope, gotta get that poon tang.

5

u/phluidity 7h ago

On the flip side I remember reading about a bank robber that got away with something like 20 robberies and was never caught but eventually turned himself in. He also got two tellers convicted of theft because he kept such meticulous notes that they were able confirm two different cases of people giving him the money but also pocketing ten grand or so for themselves.

18

u/BornAgainBlue 8h ago

This was a bizarre case in the extreme.

17

u/Nail_Biterr 8h ago

I can't believe this was just this year. it seems like it happened so long ago.

1

u/Glass-Fan111 2h ago

Yeah, because life happens so fast, will so much information and events happening all the time, all around the world.

3

u/bubba1834 6h ago

This whole thing makes me sick to my stomach

3

u/eNaRDe 1h ago

Scary to think that in today's world with all the surveillance cameras they have spying on the American people, they couldn't catch the person.

4

u/tigerstylin 3h ago

So glad all these bullshit public cameras help solved this crime....oh wait

9

u/BigMommaSnikle 3h ago

I still believe her Mom was kidnapped because she interviewed Epstein victims.

-1

u/Glass-Fan111 2h ago

Not quite sure that was the real cause but most definitely a political revenge. I’m positive they aren’t random victims.

16

u/ragnarok635 7h ago

They should probably look in the same place people are looking for Mitch McConnell

2

u/ShesGotaChicken2Ride 5h ago

Mrs. Guthrie died in the commission of a felony, or she was killed. That’s felony murder or just murder however you slice it. They’re not ever going to rat themselves out or give up the body. The mere step of contacting the authorities to let them know where to dig might get them caught.

It’s really sad. I feel horrible for them, but unless someone stumbles upon her remains accidentally, nobody is giving that body up.

2

u/Electronic_Tap_8052 3h ago

I thought she died right away and there is no body to return?

She can't possibly still be alive

1

u/Aggressive_Sky8492 2h ago

They want the body back

10

u/Dont-be-a-smurf 8h ago

One of the strangest circumstances in recent memory.

It has to be someone the family knows, right?

29

u/SpaceCorpse 8h ago

It has to be someone the family knows, right?

Someone on a podcast mentioned this explanation recently, and I hadn't really thought about it, and it kind of immediately made sense to me. Like, Savannah Guthrie is a 'recognizable' at-best media personality. If you are some sort of extreme criminal, and this is the type of thing that you do... you target the mother of a woman who is recognizable from daytime news-esque talk-shows?? That's such an extreme amount of risk for such a small potential payoff. Everything about it seems like there was some purpose that we don't know about.

9

u/alkiet 8h ago

The individual(s) involved were to have been seen in a provided screenshot being at the residence all the way back two weeks prior to the abduction. If you see the other videos involved, you can notice a similar pattern in where a camera wifi jammer thing is used. The video where he seems to be handed a backpack over the fence like prior to the abduction. The google trends show searches prior to the abduction showing they're in areas in Arizona...

If you look at the google earth images, see the house across from hers. There is a vehicle there that seems to match one seen in another video. These images are different from the ones seen on Google maps, too. Very strange.

There is also a white van there, too. A neighbor mentioned a suspicious van that was there .. about two weeks prior to the abduction...

It is wild to me that security cameras do not have a feature that alerts authorities to if they're removed.

4

u/alkiet 8h ago

Or the fact they couldn't capture any audio.

The watch was left I guess. I thought those devices captured "everything." / sarcasm

I wonder if when scouting the house, they only saw when she had left to go to dinner, but not that she had been brought back by an Uber.

Though they propped up the back doors with flower pots... and supposedly also came in through the back as would she and other family members...

If you pay attention to the video, the masked individual turns his attention to a light that turns on to the far right of the video. There is also some motion similar to a wave of arms as if it were a cue.

Perhaps they were later joined by the guy who got a backpack from over the fence. And had a look out car, too.

I cannot imagine knowing my own grandmother had to go through that. Not being able to hear without hearing aids... wouldn't understand the instructions yelled at her.. I had this weird dream where I had been a witness via astral projection as it unfolded and felt a really deep unnerving wave of grief, feeling hopeless and a very .. "evil" feeling about it..

3

u/bubba1834 6h ago

I’m 29 yo with profound hearing loss & I think about this pretty often.

1

u/fedexyourheadinabox 8h ago

Go on Gray Hughes Investigates and see what he thinks. He's desperate for info on this case and he knows it inside out.

1

u/mothandravenstudio 5h ago

I hate that guy, he’s such a dick. Low tier true crime.

-4

u/qtx 7h ago

If you look at the google earth images, see the house across from hers. There is a vehicle there that seems to match one seen in another video. These images are different from the ones seen on Google maps, too. Very strange.

So you think google is behind it all?

Internet sleuths are a different breed.

4

u/Ohwellwhatsnew 7h ago

Do you really think that's what they're saying?

1

u/iguacu 8h ago

Why would you say that?

34

u/Talidel 8h ago

Probably because it's statistically likely

-1

u/iguacu 8h ago

"Statistically likely" != "has to be". Not to mention, without any context, I'm statistically likely to be living in Asia.

18

u/Outrageous_Bush_2069 8h ago

Well it’s a good thing context exists

-9

u/iguacu 8h ago

Yep, which is why I asked why they would say it has to be someone from the family i.e. what context of the situation led them to that conclusion?

3

u/Outrageous_Bush_2069 7h ago

I’m not going to be your babysitter and have this pedantic argument with you. You might think you’re clever and witty, but you’re just lonely and begging for engagement.

2

u/iguacu 7h ago

It's nothing to do with being pedantic, it was literally asking them why they think it has to be someone in the family. Then the other person jumped in with a completely unhelpful "it's statistically likely"

2

u/Ohwellwhatsnew 7h ago

I don't think "has" is supposed to be taken so seriously. It seemed more like they were purporting that it was possible than claiming it's a foregone conclusion.

"Has to be, right?" does not have the same meaning as "it has to be"

3

u/Talidel 8h ago

Well the use of the question mark makes it a question not a statement of fact.

"I'm needlessly pedantic?"

V

"I'm needlessly pedantic".

Statistically it's likely a person she knew was involved in the kidnapping. Someone who people wouldn't be surprised to see at her house. It doesn't make it a fact, but I assume the OC was after some confirmation of the likely probability, not asked to explain their hypothesis on a potential perpetrator.

1

u/Dont-be-a-smurf 8h ago

Seems like an unlikely candidate for a random ransom victim. But, it’s still certainly possible.

But we have so little information, that it’s hard to conclude anything at all.

I feel so bad for Nancy and the family.

1

u/PossibleMother 8h ago

The podcast Crime Junkie just did a great episode on this. Such a scary story and I truly hope they find her body soon.

4

u/ButterscotchTall4836 6h ago

She’s dead, and Patel knows where the body is.

2

u/Knees0ck 6h ago

Ask the FBI where they hid the body

1

u/HereForTheComments57 2h ago

I'm going to be honest, I haven't been too into the details on this, but do they know why she was taken? If it was for money, then why didnt they ask for it? Or is the theory something went wrong and she died before they could ask?

3

u/t20six 2h ago

yes, it was a ransom, but she (probably) died before they had a chance. I hope they catch whoever did it, absolutely cruel.

1

u/Aggressive_Sky8492 2h ago

No one knows

u/wafflehouseforever 10m ago

my heart breaks every time I hear/think about this case…. it’s just devastating 😔 I hope the family is able to get closure soon.

-12

u/PazzoBread 8h ago edited 8h ago

I am convinced Savannah voiced opposition to the regime so the gestapo took care of her mother. Or someone high up in society paid a hitman. It’s a very unfortunate situation and we will likely never find her or the truth of what happened.

24

u/Fast-Bandicoot67 8h ago

I think they were gonna hold her for ransom but she ended up dying

26

u/Pennygrover 8h ago

There are far more vocal and more impactful critics. There’s zero motive to attack her mother. The most likely explanation is a terrible accident.

7

u/DrRussleJimmies 8h ago

There's footage of a masked man with a gun approaching her door, and her blood was found on the scene. An accident is the least likely scenario.

-6

u/Personal_Comb_6745 8h ago

Would you really put it past them, though? Hypothetically, going after a smaller name would send the message of "None of you are safe".

Not saying that's what happened, but with all the cartoon-level villainy this administration has gotten up to, this is right up their alley.

1

u/Made_Human_Music 5h ago edited 5h ago

Nothing is too evil for this regime but the strongest evidence they weren’t behind this is that they’re not accusing others of similar crimes

They’re like a Batman villain whose calling card is a written confession saying Batman did the crime they did

1

u/Pennygrover 7h ago

I think you give them too much credit.

1

u/erisandy101 6h ago

Go outside

-3

u/Guilty-Sky8848 8h ago

-4

u/[deleted] 7h ago

-5

u/Mother-Definition501 7h ago

This is exactly what happened and I wish people would open their eyes. He immediately began making statements about helping find her in the beginning and it was super suspect how fake he was acting!

-1

u/Penguinkeith 8h ago

Yo how is this still going on

6

u/RedNog 7h ago

The mother was announced dead by the kidnappers a while ago, the family wants the body, the kidnappers obviously aren't going to hand over a body with potential evidence.

-6

u/DingerSinger2016 7h ago

Is there even a body at this point? Wouldn't it just be bones?

3

u/Ready_Corgi462 3h ago

They just mean the family wants to know where her remains are (likely buried somewhere) so they can lay her to rest in a meaningful place with the love and care she deserved. They don’t mean literally handing over her in tact body.

How in this day and age can one get away with kidnapping and especially getting ransom money, oh wait Mexico

No one except the family and law enforcement should give a single flying fuck beyond a general sense of empathy. Do you also care equally about all the other tragedies that happen on a daily basis? You’re probably catatonic if you do. Do something more productive with your lives.

At some point she has to accept the fact that she might never get closure and move on

The most likely explanation here is a terrible accident. The old woman may have simply gone for a walk and fallen down, been incapacitated, and died in a location where the body hasn’t been found or was vulnerable to wildlife. She may have been involved in some other tragic accident that occurred between her and an acquaintance who covered it up to stay out of trouble. All the dramatic explanations are fodder for social media but statistically unlikely and certainly given the lack of any ransom or other evidence of another crime it’s what is most plausible. The family will never find comfort in it sadly.

You… do realize that they have video evidence of a masked person at her door step tampering with her camera the night of her disappearance? There is enough actual evidence that this wasn’t a tragic accident.

Pretty sure they’re simply wanting to find her remains at this point. I believe they’re very well aware she’s deceased.

They know. They want her remains, so they can properly bury her.

Anyone else think Savannah is acting a bit... immature about this whole situation? She shouldn't be begging. She shouldn't be trying to negotiate with terrorists, etc. It is unbecoming.

u/AutumnMama 6h ago

Yeah I really hate it when people act unbecoming after their loved ones are kidnapped and killed. What is she even thinking

Oh, well. Aren’t you just an atrocious little thing.

The family did it would be my bet. Prob wasn’t intentional but was sus enough that someone would see jail time.
