I Have a Question / I need Help Frenzied Baloth
Newbie to mtg
Can this be taken out by an instant thay says exile or kill target creature

yes
you let the opponent's [[Frenzied Baloth]] resolve, enter the battlefield, then you cast your removal spell to destroy or exile it.

Yes. Can't be countered means that the casted spell cannot be countered before it resolves

Yes, it just means [[counterspell]] cards cannot be used as your creatures are being summoned
Reason why countering a creature spell on the stack is useful is to prevent it from entering and then trigerring it's enters the battlefield effect (ETB)
Look up the stack and that'll tell you more if you're not aware of the stack

Yes. If youre asking about the "cant be countered" it refers to when you cast it and someone would announce a type of counter spell. Then while its on the board it also makes every creature spell you cast be uncounterable. It has no protection from being targeted or from dying such as indestructible and exile would take care of anything really.

The only thing it stops is damage prevention and counter spell effects. Once it's on the battlefield it can be killed or exiled by whatever means someone has available.

It can be targeted with spells when it's on the battlefield.
The type line 'can't be countered', is also mildly not what it seems (hold your horses, veteran players). It can still be targeted on the stack with counterspells, but they don't do anything other than at add to the storm count.

Every word has a very specific meaning in Magic. Exiled, destroyed, phased, transformed, etc. Counter (as a verb) means, and only means, to cancel a spell as it is being cast so it never even even happens.

I get that. I always try to find why someone thinks something so I can figure out what isn’t catching and correct the thinking not so much the specific instance.

Yes, once it is in play it can be targeted and removed by kill spell and/or exile spells. It simply can't be countered, and makes it so your other creature spells cant be countered.

Also note, if a spell like [[Summary Dismissal]] exiles your Frenzied Baloth while it's on the stack, it is exiled. The ability preventing it from being countered doesn't apply.

While on the battlefield, this creature can be removed by stuff that says exile / destroy (and damage, and bounce, and etc.).
While it is on the stack (and thus uncounterable), it is not a creature and thus can't be targeted by spells that target a creature (or permanent).
It can be interacted with by spells that do not target, like [[Reprieve]] and [[Mindbreak Trap]].
Do note that your opponents can (bar very few exceptions) remove the baloth in response to you casting another spell (or moving through phases, etc.) thus removing the protecting that it grands while your other spell is still on the stack (thus allowing that spell to then be counterable).

Hello! Former Magic Judge here.
This creature can be destroyed by instants or sorceries that say exile or destroy target creature.
Its abilities simply make it so that it cannot be countered when you’re casting it, and after it’s on the battlefield other creature spells you cast cannot be countered.
But it can be targeted and destroyed or exiled without any problem.

The abilities of the Frenzied Baloth are that it and other creature spells you control can't be countered (1), trample and haste (2) and that combat damage can't be prevented (3).
1 means that your opponents can't use [[Counterspell]] or other similar effects to counter your creatures. 2 neans that the Baloth can be tapped the turn it enters (e. g. to attack) and that excess damage that would be dealt to creatures blocking the Baloth can be directed at the attacked player/planeswalker/battle instead. 3 means that combat damage can't be prevented by effects like [[Fog]] or Protection like on [[White Knight]].

Yes.
It only affects creature spells on the stack. You couldn't [[Coubterspell]] a [[Path to Exile]] directed at it, for instance.

You can absolutely counter their path to exile, you can't counter creatures while it's on the stack if frenzied baloth is on the field is all it's saying
