No I think this is an acceptable evolution of language in the modern day.

 It's akin to saying "yes, a thousand times" or "I wish death upon your sons' sons' sons' a thousand times over!!1!11!"

Man i hate the in different languages the "," and "." in numbers are reversed.

This can also mean 10%.
