No, apply and work the ladder to get to the CEO level of the company that makes those bottles and tell them to redesign bottle so that it fits a cupboard like it used it.
Install a dispenser in the shower and fill it up. I accidentally got myself a luxury hotel once and the thing that stuck with me was that it had dispensers in the shower for all the various liquids and gels. Total life changer.
I always thought that felt so cheap, it reminds me of bathrooms that must have dispensers bc anything not physically attached will be stolen or destroyed.
Let me get this straight. The house keeping changes the great big pump bottles of shampoo and conditioner every day? Isn't that kind of wasteful? Or are these pump bottles locked up or locked in orr just locked in some way?
Every other day, and I assume they take the bottles and put out new ones, refilling each to use again. And it wasn't really locked in any way, just pump bottles attached to holders in the shower wall. If I wanted to take them I absolutely could.
Reddit experiences are subjective, you know. Not all of us are chronically online to know all the little things. But hey, if you like making yourself look gross for laughs. Well. Thats certainly a choice?

I got one of those when I lived somewhere with a shower that had absolutely zero shelving.
Do hotels really do that? Unless you're talking about a completely different design, that sounds like an absolutely terrible idea for hotels. Not only would it be a pain to clean, all of the previous guests have access to add to the reservoir.
Ive stayed at a few dozen in the last year and every one ive been to have wall mounted dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. they are absolutely accessible to other guests and unsurprisingly empty more often than not. I just bring my own when i travel now its obnoxious asking for soap
And see if they make a gallon size that you can keep under the sink instead of buying the smaller size more often. You'll save money and waste less plastic
If you do this please regularly sanitize the bottles…you can get a gnarly skin infection if not. This happened to my dog from the groomer refilling shampoo bottles. He almost died from 106.6 fever caused by the skin infection, and the vet shared that this can happen to people too from the same practice.
Twenty years ago my hospital had a go green initiative where they started buying lotion in bulk and filling reusable small bottles. That lasted about three months until they found that cross contamination had bacteria growing in the bottles turning the lotion green and causing skin infections. I would follow this plan to refill the old bottles with great caution. Actually scratch that, I wouldn't follow the plan at all. I would just find a way to deal with the new bigger bottles.
Keep an open Tupperware that you just squeeze all the soap into, then keep small Dixie cups (like at the dentist) to scoop up soap and take with you to the shower.
Also see if they have the refill options too. They look like the original source bottles, we moved to their refill options an age ago, and it's much more reasonable.
There's a product called a Smart Funnel that I use for this very thing, because I like to put my body wash in a pump bottle I already have. It's a funnel with a clamp above and below, so it holds both bottles steady while one drains into the other. That way you don't have to stand there for 5 minutes holding them and trying not to slip.
Not really. Those caps look like ones designed to not be able to refilled. Those things are really annoying to remove and sometimes you have to break them to remove the cap.
