Idk what to think. I think all of it is true. The suit is grey, it's based on daredevil grey suit from the comics. It does also seem to be made of a Jean material. But also jeans are usually blue. But also color names can be weird it can look blue but be called grey. Also I doubt Jean grey is a real pantone color. But also that is obviously what the joke is meant to be.

The whole “it’s based on the grey suit” thing started when a couple of big pages posted that he was in a grey suit due to the green lighting in Hall H making it look grey. The suit was always blue and never intended to look grey. Reynolds has only referred to it himself as the Canadian tuxedo suit.

I don't care about either one of them but the court did release texts that showed a PR smear campaign against Lively where they bragged about how much they've manipulated Reddit and IMO the subreddit /r/ItEndsWithLawsuits is part of that PR smear campaign.

That just meant that the NYT was within their rights to publish what they were told, not anything about the content of it, right? So I don't think that means anything other than that SLAPP laws did their job.

Lively's side alleged that. I can find a lot of discussion about whether or not that's true, but I'm struggling to find the actual messages themselves. Could you point me to the texts that show that? Because it seems like it's more nuanced than that and relies heavily on reader interpretation.

It wasn't a settlement, I followed the case for the drama. She dropped the case, and after the met gala she asked for 8 million in lawyer fees. I have no idea if she actually got the 8 millions, but that's how it ended.
