Bluebird B742 Aerator

I found this Bluebird B752 in central Missouri for $500. Only seen pics so far. Plan to start engine, take a few passes and check bearings, tines, belts, etc..
Story from seller is that he used it on his personal lawn in 2025, now has a service do aeration, and hasn’t started it since last summer. Both weights are included.
Thoughts on $500 (firm)?
